Welcome to Feelin' Beachy! This 3 bedroom 2 bath unique farmhouse beach getaway located in Crystal beach Texas in the quiet neighborhood called The Dunes. The beach is only about a 2-3 minute walk or even shorter ride on a golf cart or ATV, where you will enjoy private access.

The Space
LIVING ROOM:Farmhouse Beach-Theme interior decorated with bright colors throughout the house and fun beachy finds. WIFI provided throughout the house and throughout your stay. Smart TV's in every room with streaming services with only Netflix provided, so make sure to bring your own passwords. Various board games, puzzles, children's books, and a DVD player and DVD's are provided as well in the Living Room cabinet below TV. Many different seating options are provided in the living room for added comfort.
BEDROOMS: One bedroom is featured as a King Suite and has its own Master Bathroom and closet. The master bath has a shower, sink and toilet. All bedrooms provides bed linens and pillows. The master closet will provide extra blankets and pillows. The next room will have one queen bed and one twin bunk bed and will sleep 4 comfortably. The last room will have one full bed and one twin bunk bed and will also sleep 4 comfortably. The two bedrooms will share a hall bathroom that has a sink and combo shower tub and toilet. In each bathroom shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, hand towels, wash clothes, hair dryers, hand soap, hand lotion, some toilet paper to get you started, and make up wash clothes are provided.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with appliance, dishwasher, cookware, cooking utensils, cooking spices, blender, drip/k-cup coffee maker., toaster, griddle, dinnerware, serveware, wine glasses, knives, eating utensils, hand mixer. We provide some K cups, grounds, tea bags, stevia bags, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, one paper towel roll, some toilet paper, some trash bags, to get you started.
OUTDOOR SPACE: Front Deck with Four Large Adirondack Chairs are perfect for relaxing and enjoying your morning coffee and listening to the ocean. The area under the house is great for entertain your group with all of the seating with the use of the picnic tables and comfortable chairs. Take advantage of the warm water of the outdoor shower after a day at the beach to clean up while everyone else is upstairs using the showers up there. There is also a foot shower that is great for rinsing the sand from your feet and shoes quickly.
GUEST ACCESS: Self Check in with Igloo smart key lock box. code will be provided the day before check in. The guests will have access to the whole house including the garage minus the owners closet inside of the house which will remained locked (located at the end of the main hallway, please do not tamper with this door).
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Some Beach Towels will be provided for your added convenience.
Laundry: Washer and Dryer provided
Garage: Available for use. You may use any of the beach toys, beach chairs, kayak, beach tent, anything in the garage can be borrowed and returned. Please make sure the garage door is always shut and locked.
# Private Beach Access
There is private beach access for the neighborhood only by foot or golf cart/smaller ATV. The distance to beach access is about a 2 minute walk and even less time riding in a golf cart. If you are wanting to drive a car or truck you will need to drive to the highway and take a left and drive to the next main road and take a left and it will take you straight to the beach and you can drive right on the beach and park. You will need a parking sticker for the beach and they are $10.00 for the year and can be purchased most places there in Crystal Beach but most of the time someone will drive around the beach and you can purchase one from them.
PETS ALLOWED
At this time we are allowing pets. No more than two dogs per stay. Owners of pets will be required to be responsible for the pet at all times. The pets should not be left in the house unsupervised. Please clean up inside and outside after your pets. If they have an accident please let me know immediately.
NO SMOKING INSIDE
Pease refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. If you are to smoke outside please make sure to put out your cigarettes outside really well as to not to start a fire.
NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We kindly ask you to treat our house as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. If authorities are called out for any reason, you may be asked to leave with no refund.
NO MORE THAN 10 PEOPLE
The house sleeps a maximum of 10 people. And since the house is on a septic system, we do not allow more than 10 people in the house at any time, Including during the day.
BOOKING DETAILS
We do require our guests to be 22 or older to rent. ID verification is required. Also, the adult who rents the house must be present the entire stay.
Note: The property has two exterior cameras in use and recording for your safety and for the security of the property. One is a Ring Doorbell, which is located on the front door, and the other is a Ring floodlight camera over the driveway. Both are set to snooze notifications during your stay.

Guest access
The house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. Before arrival, well provide a code of entry so check in is quick and easy. Check in is at 4:00pm and check out is promptly at 11:00.
Other things to note
The neighborhood of The Dunes has a private access to a public beach that is only accessible by walking or golf cart or ATV. If you would like to drive your full sized vehicle on the beach you will need to exit The Dunes and turn left drive until you reach S cove Dr. From S Cove Dr. you can drive directly on to the beach.
If you plan on driving and stopping on the beach you will need to purchase a parking pass, which can be purchase at most gas stations and golf cart rental places. The price is of the pass is $10.00.
