Dedicated workspace

A room with wifi that’s well-suited for working.
The rental is 1 wing of the back of the building & is private w/it’s own entrance & porch! The unit is attached to my business/residence in downtown Nevada City 1/2 block away from shops, restaurants, galleries, bars, theatre & historic sites. The 150 yr old building is a Historic Victorian called The Hatfield House. Discounts for salon/spa services are available for those who rent the space. Discounted price available if you do not want the extra room w/sleeper sofa & closet.

The space
The price is set for both rooms, bathroom & kitchenette. If you do not want/need the extra room w/the couch/queen sleeper & closet I can drop the price to $125/night & lower the cleaning fee for you. But, you will need to message me before booking w/an inquiry message so I can change the price before you book & send you a special offer price. I was trying to set up an additional room page, but it was too complicated. So, I've booked the rooms in full unless otherwise requested.
-This is a private unit with a private porch. It is 1/2 block away from all the downtown Nevada City action. Cute & cozy with all new appliances & brand new beds. The room has a jack & jill type bathroom & a kitchenette w/a toaster oven, microwave, fridge & sink. The sleeper sofa has an extra mattress on it to make it extra cozy. It also has its own porch w/direct access to the backyard. The only access to the entire rental is up a few stairs on the porch!
-The 2nd room also has a porch with direct access to the backyard.
-The rental has 7 stairs on the porch to access the rental.

-Extra room with a queen sleeper sofa & closet
-Guests can use my backyard but please be careful with the gate & make sure it is always closed so my dogs do not get out! The latch on it sometimes comes loose so PLEASE always make sure it is 100% latched! Also, please do not let my dogs into the rooms. They are super friendly, but shed & I don't want dog hair all over the Airbnb! Thanks! Their names are Dazy & Prince. You may see them playing in the backyard during your visit.
-The front yard has beautiful flowers in bloom almost year-round. There is a path on the side of the building right off the bnb by the recycling bin so you don’t have to walk on Church Street to access the front yard.

Other things to note
The sleeper sofa room shares a wall with 1 of my main treatment rooms in the spa.

Neighborhood highlights

The neighborhood is old, unique & cute! This is Gold Country where the gold rush began. There is a lot of historic history here & many neat places to check out. The Chamber of Commerce is 1/2 block away with lots of information if needed.
This is downtown Nevada City w/lots of action!
The Post Office is direct across the street. Church bells ring all day & highway 20 is parallel w/Coyote Street.
There are many bars & venues around the corner.
The building is surrounded by The Baptist, & Catholic Churches & Episcopal Church across the highway. The cool thing about the property is the Trinity Church was 1st built here on the land in the 1850s & then burned down, only to be rebuilt across the way & burned down again! So, the Trinity Church has literally been built 3 times here in the same area!
