The space
SMOKE FREE NO SMOKING.
Your own beachy apartment 1st floor of 2 story condo with shared patios and courtyard. Designated parking for 2 cars lengthwise end to end. Relaxed beach town vibe with lots of families and snowbirds. 10pm-6am Quiet Hours. Parking is reserved, please park in your designated space and a second car can fit behind you.
The apartment is just for you but walkways, patios, yard is shared with other residents and guests - thank you for keeping it safe and tidy!
Walk to beach, pizza, pier, restaurants along the way. Drive to Port Canaveral for waterfront dining and watch the cruise ships go by.

For the best chance to catch a specific NASA / SpaceX launch you’ll want to arrive the day before launch and stay the week as rescheduled launches can vary by hours or days. Long stay discounts built in. See you in 3-2-1!

This is your beachside apartment to enjoy as your own - we hope you and your travel pals will come back again!

The apartment features a private entrance and a separate bedroom with King size bed & w futon in the living room for restful nights.

A full kitchen with basic items for preparing meals, linens including beach towels are provided. All the basics for your great beach vacation and rocket launch watch are here!

CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
Please be so kind as to take out the Trash & Recycling - dumpster & bins located at the west end of the parking area. Loading and running the Dish Washer would be a big help to prevent bugs (this is the tropical South!). But if you are short on time, just go and don’t worry about a thing!
