Just minutes from the airport and close to all the action, you’ll be immersed in everything Tampa has to offer while still having a cozy place to unwind.

This is a lively, walkable downtown area full of authentic city life. You’ll hear music, see locals walking their dogs, joggers making their rounds, and groups enjoying outdoor games. Bars, restaurants, and nightlife are within walking distance, creating a fun and energetic atmosphere. Inner-city events frequently take place downtown and may be heard from the home especially during holidays, winter and summer breaks, spring break, weekends, and special events. During these times, increased foot traffic and occasional road congestion are common and part of the downtown experience.

The home is directly across from popular bars and clubs and is approximately a 4-minute drive to Armature Works. Roads in the surrounding area may be temporarily impacted during large events. This location is ideal for guests seeking a festive, urban stay and wanting to be close to nightlife, dining, and city events. We want you to relax and enjoy the jacuzzi during your stay! To ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all guests, please review and follow the guidelines below:

Jacuzzi Conduct & Usage
• Please shower before entering to help maintain water cleanliness.
• Limit soak time to 20–30 minutes to avoid overheating or dizziness.
• Maximum occupancy is 4–5 people.
• No glassware, food, or smoking in or near the jacuzzi.
• Children under 12 must be supervised at all times.
• Please secure the cover after each use to retain heat and prevent debris.

Health & Safety Considerations
• The jacuzzi is professionally cleaned and maintained with standard spa-grade chemicals. However, if you or anyone in your group has:
• Sensitive skin
• Allergies to chlorine, bromine, or other spa chemicals
• Open wounds or recent tattoos
• Pregnancy or certain medical conditions (e.g., heart conditions, high blood pressure)
We advise consulting your physician before use and/or avoiding the jacuzzi altogether.
• If you experience any skin irritation, rashes, or discomfort, please exit the tub immediately and rinse with clean water.

Do Not Use the Jacuzzi If:
• You are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• You feel lightheaded, overheated, or nauseous.
• It is raining or there is lightning in the area.

We take cleanliness and guest safety seriously, and our team ensures the jacuzzi is serviced regularly. That said, every guest may react differently, so please use it at your own discretion and comfort level.
