Monthly Rentals in Tampa

My stay at Felix’s was nothing short of amazing. I stayed here for over two months in the summer. The place is clean, cozy and exactly what I needed. Conveniently located near restaurants and grocery stores. Felix was so friendly and helpful, and super communicative the entire time. I felt at home here and would recommend it to anyone looking to travel to the area!!

If I could select 6 stars I would have. All the amenities and the property are exactly as listed. But perhaps most impressive was how attentive Gabrielle was during 2 catastrophic hurricanes while I was on site. She kept me safe and comfortable despite horrific conditions with speedy solutions & constant updates on conditions - it’s when things go sideways like this that a true professional is worth her weight in gold. I really enjoyed this stay. The setting was peaceful and you really do feel like you are in the jungle. (Bring some organic bug spray the mosquitoes are no joke). Now I would say that this experience is not for everyone. This is a sort of "glamping" experience. you do have AC and indoor water, but you will have to leave your abode to use the bathroom. I enjoyed the outdoor shower very much! The loft is sweet abd cozy and with the fanand turning the AC down bit you will sleep great. All and all this was a great place for a getaway!
