Only 3.3 miles to Gruene Historical District & Gruene Hall! Minutes from river outfitters or float the Comal from the Condo to the last public exit or from upriver right to the condo.

***Please check the current river rules/city ordinance for no cans or disposable containers on the river. This is not a condo stipulation but it is a city ordinance and can carry fines.***
