Our river is peaceful and safe while at normal levels but dangerous when heavy rains occur. Swimming/kayaking/tubing is not permitted when at dangerous levels.
Living on the edge of a National Forest presents the possibility of coming into contact with potentially harmful wildlife. However it is highly unusual to see them there are black bears, coyotes, bobcats and snakes. Do not approach any potentially dangerous animals. Clean up and put away any food or trash.
When taking advantage of any of our supplied enhancements to your experience you must return them to their storage space after use each day. We check inventory of all of our property prior to your arrival and again after each check out. With heavy rain the river rises quickly and any items in or near the river will be swept away.
We want you to have fun and make wonderful memories while also being respectful for our neighbors and keeping noise at a reasonable level. Quiet time is 9pm-8am
