You’ll be met with a sectional sofa, rocker, and Smart TV. High speed fiber WiFi, a full kitchen with single Keurig, dinnerware, utensils, cookware, Tub/shower combo’s in the bathrooms with towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, CA/CH, ceiling fans, extra blankets, side and rear privacy fence, and front & rear patios.

3-Thirteen is your small town getaway hideaway designed for comfort, relaxation, and effortless stay. This home is thoughtfully created to help you unwind.
Kick back on the L-shaped sofa and rest those feet on the oversized ottoman - perfect for stretching out after a long day on your feet.
You’ll have access to two full bathrooms during your stay. One bath features a newer fiberglass tub/shower combination, while the second highlights a tile backsplash and an original ceramic tub with a touch of character from the original home - including some ‘rust-ic charm’ reflecting its age. While it offers a slightly smaller footprint than modern tubs, it remains fully functional and a comfortable size.
Rest comes easily, and sleeps 4 comfortably with bedroom one offering a low-profile king-sized bed, while bedroom two offers 2 twin beds. The couch can accommodate 5th occupant. There is a noise machine/fan combo that can be moved from room to room if you're a sleeper who needs white noise.
A dedicated laundry room is available for guest use, featuring a new washer and dryer. Starter detergent is provided, along with an iron, an ironing board, and a small steamer—ideal for longer stays or refreshing your wardrobe during any visit.
Each stay at 3-Thirteen is intentionally styled. You may notice small variations in bedding or décor compared to the posted photos, but every detail is curated with the same level of comfort and care.
Most stays are a 2-night minimum. We will consider a 1-night stay if the calendar allows.
Guest access
The entire house is yours to enjoy for all registered guests, except for one locked, private owner's closet that is not accessible to guests.
There is street parking only directly in front of the house.
Entry to the home will be by a key code, which will be provided the morning of your reservation.

> This is a smoke and vape-free property. No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed on the premises, inside or outside. Thank you for respecting this request.
> Please keep all windows closed at all times. The only exception is in an emergency.
> Bozka Street is a well-known walk and jog route for many area residents. From time to time, you may see locals out enjoying their daily/evening/night routine, adding to the friendly, small-town charm of the neighborhood.
