The Trail House is perfectly placed among the trees with many tall windows to take advantage of the gorgeous views. The large 2-tiered deck has two separate sitting areas. You can take the kayaks out for a day on the lake. Hike, bike, cave, kayak, fish, and swim at the base of the waterfalls or sit and relax. I designed this home to have 2 separate living spaces with private entrances on opposite sides of the house. The front is the vacation rental entrance accessing the entire first/lower level. My entrance is on the back side of the property. My family owns part of Lake Shore Island located on Guntersville Lake. There are 5 houses on our property scattered over 8 acres. My home and vacation rental is about 3 football fields from the shore, up the hill, providing beautiful views of the lake.

3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage with screened in back porch and great view of the lake. Open floor plan with views of the lake from the living room, kitchen, and two bedrooms. Incredible outdoor fireplace that is perfect for night time gatherings. Large front and back yard for outdoor activities. Fully furnished and beautifully decorated.
