Vacation rentals with a kayak in Gunnison County

We really enjoyed the space and having the Slate River in our backyard was wonderful! Loved the location in relation to downtown CB, Black Canyon, and Blue Mesa Reservoir. Hosts were responsive and proactive in communication. Thank you !

Our family of six adults and three children felt right at home. The house was immaculate and had plenty of amenities. The bathrooms and laundry room had extra supplies, which was nice. It had everything we could need., We got 6” of snow on our third day and had trouble getting our two-wheel drive vehicles up and down the drive. We parked in the No Parking zone at the base of our driveway and used the No Access stairway to get to the house. However, on the fourth day, the HOA group showed up to clear the driveway, deck, and walkways, so no worries. We did a lot of cooking in the lovely kitchen. We made many memories of playing shuffle, enjoying the fabulous hot tub, and observing the fox family and two sneaky coyotes right outside our door. We got up early every morning to watch them. The view was amazing! Can I say that twice? The view from every room was amazing! We will come back!

We LOVED this Airbnb, for so many reasons. It was the perfect amount of space for family and friends to get together, 6 of us total and a pup. We had 2 couples that each got a comfy king bed, and 2 that shared a room with the 2 beds. Kitchen was amazing, and was fully stocked with every cooking implement needed, making coming during off season that much more convenient. Views were amazing, surrounded by mountains and the most beautiful sunset. Living room had enough space for everyone to relax and play games. We enjoyed the hot tub as well, although there were neighbors it felt secluded in there! Not to mention the host was so kind and communicative, they went ABOVE and BEYOND!! We unfortunately left something important in the airbnb, and shout out to Helen, who went by the next day and overnighted it to us! Would definitely stay here again :)

Very nice property with lots of space and amenities. Loved it

This was one of the best places we've stayed at. We have two young children, ages four and six, and they really enjoyed it. The small bin of toys in the basement was a real hit! The house was clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was also great. The town playground was just a block away, and we walked to the downtown strip a few times (an eight-minute walk). The location was easy to park at and get in and out of, and it was very quiet. As a runner, I enjoyed a few runs right from the front door, and my wife took a few evening walks. Paonia is a charming small town, and this house made our visit even better. We loved it, and it was a perfect getaway!

We moved our stay here! The house was the perfect size for our group of 8. The location is private and secluded but close to town. Beautiful home, super clean and really well accommodated. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit CB!

This unit was perfect for our family and just as described in the write up. Very very convenient to the bus stop to take you to the mountain or town, but town is close enough to walk if you want. The house was very open downstairs and made it great when other friends and families came over. We had 13 of us one evening for dinner and it was very adequate. We have zero issues with the property and my kids(all 18 to 24 yrs old) said it was their favorite place to stay in Crested Butte so far. We have been to CB almost every year since 2016.

We enjoyed a lovely visit to Crested Butte! This property met our needs and expectations beautifully. The home is warm and cozy. The view from the back was lovely. We spent our days enjoying all that Crested Butte has to offer and the evenings were spent with family relaxing in this beautiful home! As stated in the description , this house is a short drive into downtown Crested Butte and to Mt. Crested Butte, but very easy to navigate. We had both skiers and non-skiers in our group and with one vehicle we were easily able to accommodate the needs of everybody. We had a couple of questions while staying here and Alpine’s response was immediate. This was our first visit to the area and we can’t wait to come back. Would not hesitate to stay here again!
