Apartment vacation rentals in Greenwich Village, Manhattan

On a main tourism street under the Little Italy sign, I love how this garden apartment is so centrally placed (and just minutes walking to soho), and yet truly a quiet getaway from all the hustle and bustle. The apartment had everything we needed, and we were so pleased to be able to do an early check in and late check out! Would love to stay again when we are back in town!

Rachel is communicative and promptly responds to guests. Her place is truly a home away from home and simultaneously offers insulation from the hustle and bustle of city life, but with enough proximity to everything. It boasts modern amenities and truly houses you while you're there. It is absolutely worth booking.

Helen is a perfect host and her apartment just what we needed. She met us as we arrived to make sure we were comfortable with everything. The flat was ideal for the 2 of us and had everything one would need. Helen was an excellent communicator throughout. She even contacted us the evening before our departure as she had heard about a train strike which would have impacted our onward travel. All in all we. Can definitely recommend!

My husband & I spent a week in this gorgeous apartment. Great location with easy access to underground and walking to lots of restaurants & sightseeing. Very clean, well equipped and the views just stunning. Would highly recommend

Fantastic place! Clean, private, and walkable to public transit, great restaurants, and some of our favorite neighborhoods in the city. The place looked exactly like the pictures and was as described. Adam was an exceptional host too. He was proactive and communicated clearly, gave us great tips and suggestions about places to visit in the area, and responded promptly whenever we reached out. We'd definitely stay here again!

Victor's place is really great and he makes the stay very easy and enjoyable. The apartment is cozy and very comfortable, and Victor even provides some extra amenities to make the stay even better. He's very responsive if anything is needed and makes checking in and out a literal breeze. His place is in a great location, extremely close to transportation and right in the mix of everything you could want. I will most certainly return to his Airbnb again when I'm back in town.

We really enjoyed our stay at Adel’s place. The apartment was cozy and comfortable, and the location in Hell’s Kitchen was ideal , and super walkable to Broadway and a lot of other must-see spots in Manhattan, but still quiet enough to feel like a nice escape from the city buzz. The small balcony was a great touch — perfect for morning coffee. Overall, it was a great base for our trip, and we’d definitely recommend it.

2nd time stay here now as it’s near my son’s dorm. Couldn’t ask for a more convenient location.

We had a pleasent stay at Robert’s place. Robert was attentive, left a lot of useful instruction in the appartment. He even bought two eyemasks for us, although there are shaders in the bedroom. The flat is in LES, the subway station is 10 meters far - we liked that we stepped out the metro after a long day and we were at home immediately. There’s a very good indian restaurant and the Essex Market in the building. The view of Manhattan is fantastic from the flat, however there’s some noise from the street but it’s not too loud and a common issue in most part of Manhattan. Robert’s flat was a real home for us during our one week trip in NYC and would definetely come back.

We had a great time visiting Brooklyn for my mom's 50th high school reunion. She really wanted to stay in a brownstone, and this place was perfect for us!

Three adults and one child stayed here a week for a wedding. We were all very comfortable. Great couch! Kitchen not really set up to cook a large meal but worked for us for breakfast, snacks and leftovers. One cup keurig, great toaster, nice size microwave, big fridge for NY and dish washer. Air conditioners did not work when we arrived. Called Angel and they were fixed the very next day! There are steps from the street leading up to apt but after that easy entry and you’re there. Great neighborhood and near nice grocery store ,restaurants and coffee/bagel spots. For New York I was very pleased with the space!

Neha’s place was a perfect spot for us to spend the night while attending an event in NYC. The place was spotless and had some touches that show attention to detail (snacks, chocolates, etc.). It looks newly renovated and they did a great job. The location was easy to drive or Uber through the Lincoln Tunnel, and it was also in walking distance from the ferry. I highly recommend Neha’s place to those looking to enjoy NJ or NYC.

The view of NYC is amazing, Airbnb was clean and as pictured, location is convenient to Hoboken and train/uber into city, nice building amenities and great communication with Zo and Paige. Would book again.

An excellent place to stay in Harlem, centrally located near the 125th street subway station. You can easily get anywhere you want to go quick and easy. Lots of good restaurants nearby, along with bodegas and a (albeit expensive) grocery store. Its nice that the owners live on site, and they were very helpful and friendly. Having a big tub with jets in the room is a huge bonus if you aren't used to the amount of walking you are in for in NY. I'll definitely be back!

Everything about this apartment was excellent. Locale, layout, spotless. Couldn't get enough of both the daytime and nighttime views. Steven was an excellent host. Communicative, answered my myriad of questions, provided recommendations for a great nearby grocery and wine store that we frequented several times. Easy to get a taxi and a short walk to the subway. Started to feel like a local after just a day or so! This will for sure be our go-to place next time we visit NYC.

Ben’s apartment was great. Nicely updated and clean. We stayed for a concert at MetLife stadium and it was very easy to get to the venue and back. It’s also a quick cab ride to great restaurants and nightlife. Ben was a great host as well. Very responsive and easy to communicate with.

This place was really cozy from the walk in it felt like home I’ll definitely be booking again in the near future loved it !!

I just wanna make it clear to anyone that left a bad review because their significant other didn’t show up or stay the night after you bought them a chef and didn’t get a full refund after using the place for a full night. Your blasphemy. It’s a perfect place and Roma is an angel. It was a 10 out of 10 spotless and fully working place to be at and im glad I went had two of the best nights of my life. Loved it 😌

From start to finish this was a brilliant experience. Flat is amazing so well equipped. All the appliances seemed brand new and of very high quality. there is a corner store deli at end of the block. A park a couple of blocks away. . Whilst it is not super close to any single metro it is walking distance to quite a few different lines which makes sightseeing and exploring super easy. We had a couple of really warm days so it was fantastic to have the lovely private deck for breakfast or a drink in the evening . This was one of the best Airbnbs ive been in. Cubyson and team were so kind and accomodating . if you are thinking about this one just do it....clean ...safe ..well equiped and great location. the games room with a big fridge and kitchenette was a perfect hang out space . We were a family group of 6 adults....2 couples and 2 singles so this was perfect.

Overall , Shaquanna’s stay was beautiful. Definitely will be returning. Any issue I had during my stay she was very responsive, helpful and solved my issue as if it were her own. 10/10 !!!
