Great stay in a nice quiet neighborhood. Stephanie was easy to communicate with. I felt safe. Parking was right out front. Apartment had everything and more.

This is the second time my extended family and I have stayed at Kelly's place. We come back every year and find it's a phenomenal location, great space, and Kelly has been SUPER responsive whenever we've had any issues or requests! We will definitely be returning again next year! :-)

Alex's place is great! It is extremely clean and has an abundance of amenities - Alex truly is beyond generous! The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located. We were very comfortable during our 2 week stay and highly recommend this property. (Just as an fyi, once inside the house, there are a few steps to access the living area.) Thank you Alex for being a super superhost!

We’ve stayed at Alice’s place whenever visiting Seattle area and feel lucky it’s available when we book. Close to Lake Union and UW. Access to big city benefits yet has small neighborhood appeal and amenities. Book early and enjoy!!!

Had an incredible experience at Jocelyn’s Airbnb! The property was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, yet peaceful and quiet. Jocelyn went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, with clear communication and even a few thoughtful touches like snacks and local recommendations. The bed was super comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, including fast Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen. I truly felt at home during my stay. I wouldn't hesitate to book this place again in the future. Highly recommend!

Eddie’s place is great! It had everything we needed. The mattress and pillows were comfy which is a huge plus at an Airbnb. He had extra towels which were handy with kids. Great location close by to the zoo and university village.

Short stay but everything was clean and neat! Rob was quick to respond to my questions and I would definitely book again if I was in the Seattle area!

We’ve stayed at a ton of Airbnbs and I have to say this was our very favorite. We enjoyed a lovely family holiday for Thanksgiving and were able to cook for the entire family with ease. Hot tub was so nice! The views are unforgettable. The radiant heat floors in the baths were soooo nice. We will be back!

Always love to stay at Wendy’s place when we are in Seattle for Husky football. Easy commute to campus. The flat has everything we need and we love the peaceful environment both inside and outside.

We chose this listing due to its proximity to family for a Thanksgiving get together, but would definitely recommend it for those simply wanting a nice place to stay in Seattle. While feeling safe and being quiet, the neighborhood is centrally located, very walkable, with great access to both the freeway and public transportation. The furnishings are fun and thoughtfully curated. The kitchen is well provisioned. The beds and linens are super cozy. There is also a bonus game/TV room as well as a full sized washer/dryer downstairs.

Bridget has a beautiful home in a great part of town! The house was clean, modern, and very comfortable. Bridget is a wonderful host and went out of her way to make sure my husband and I had a great stay. Highly recommended!

This was the cutest cottage with everything we needed for our week long stay. We used to live in Ballard and felt right at home, able to walk to all our favorite spots and enjoy the cute neighborhood. Lisa was a fantastic host and checked in to make sure we didn’t have any issues. We would love to make this our “go-to” place to stay when we come to town.

Stay here! I realize that might make it more popular so I might not be able to stay here every time I travel but I will absolutely try! Susan’s place was so comfortable, inviting, clean, warm and cheerful. I couldn’t have wanted for anything more. Her home is surrounded by gardens that I can’t wait to see this spring and summer. The location is perfect as a home base to wherever you want to go in Seattle. It’s close to bus routes, restaurants and grocery are walkable. Having lived near the area, I know it is safe and sound. It’s also near Carkeek Park which is a lovely place to hike and enjoy the greenery that western WA has to offer. Susan’s communication was great. I had no problem finding the place. She is cheerful and kind, exactly what I want as a female traveling alone. I felt immediately welcome. Thank you, Susan! I look forward already to my next stay.

This was a great stay in Capitol Hill. The apartment was a well appointed modern apartment in a tidy modern complex. I had everything I needed for a 2 week stay. The kitchen in particular was well equipped and the apartment had a fantastic view that really made me feel like I was a Seattle local. The area was quiet and residential but very close to a bustling commercial area. Lots of public transport connections. Strongly recommended if you want a great Seattle experience!

Phuong place was great walking distance or scooter distance from many things to do and see. The space was safe and the carport was a plus to be able to have car secured while boating Seattle. The views from the place and rooftop were priceless. Lots of recommendations in the notebooks that other travels have shared.

Had an excellent stay. Would definitely stay here again. Convenient location and comfy space. Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo in the heart of Seattle. The condo is clean and stocked with everything you will need. Raj was a great host, very responsive and helpful with local attractions. Looking forward to our next stay!

Perfect little spot in the city with a fantastic view of the Space Needle! It was clean and had a bunch of cozy little touches that made our stay even better. Close to some great restaurants, walking distance to all the things and they have the Lime scooters you can rent to get there faster. Would definitely recommend.

Rick was very responsive to me. He returned my message in 5 minutes. The place was perfectly located to explore Seattle by foot. I’d definitely recommend him and his place to everyone. It was great value and just felt good! The parking spot was very appreciated.
