Vacation rentals with a pool in Greater Carrollwood

This Airbnb was amazing! The house was clean and well organized. Ruta thought of everything from kitchen utensils and cookware to recreational games and equipment. There were plenty of chilled waters available to us in the refrigerator as well as extras in the garage refrigerator. The rooms are very spacious. The beds are extremely comfortable and complimented by multiple choices of pillows and blankets. The pool area is very nice with clean refreshing water and an intimate setting. There is plenty of living space to spread out as well as a game room with a pro-sized pool table. There is a variety of card games and even a poker set. Additionally a pack and play is provided by the host. I would definitely book this home again and will refer it to friends and family. Ruta really thought of everything.! 🤗🎊🥳🙌🏽

AWESOME! Easy process from beginning to end! Spacious, spotless home with comfy beds, gorgeous furniture, tasteful and modern furnishings, everything was new! Anything you could dream of is there, thoughtful amenities, appliances, dishes (provided disposable ones too & heavy plastic cutlery- btw where did you buy them?) You’ll be comfortable & feel at home the moment you arrive. Located in a safe, quiet, family oriented community. Neighbors out working in yards made it feel even nicer. Huge clean pool, hammocks, lawn chairs, grill, outside kitchen in a private, fenced in gorgeous yard, big driveway to park! Plenty of towels, extra TP, trash bags, high end soap, shampoo, conditioner, baths even had Aveno lotion, razors, lint brush. It was the most thoughtful & well appointed home we’ve stayed in. Appreciated the binder filled with recommendations, TVs in every room was a win! Communication was A++; although we wanted for nothing but to stay longer. Highly recommend without hesitation!

Clean living space and awesome pool area!

everything was as advertised and then some, perfect location for our stay, pool was nice a and refreshing, beautiful back yard.

Set in the residential Carrollwood neighborhood of Tampa one enters “Downton Blue”, a pristine, sparklingly clean home with more amenities than anyone expects. Whether you are a foodie, anxious to try neighborhood restaurants, prepare a gourmet meal or simple barbecue, the kitchen has all the tools, spices and ease imaginable. Two charming bedrooms, two full baths and three tvs support comfort. The spacious, tastefully decorated living room and comfortable lanai are a perfect setting for relaxation. Saving the best for last, all vacationers or travelers will love the PRIVATE pool and enclosed patio. It is PARADISE and it is yours for the duration of your stay. Valerie was soooo attentive, available, sincere and helpful with recommendations and requests. My spouse, dogs and I loved Downton Blue and look forward to our repeat visit. This place fit exactly what we needed it for. We had 4 adults and 1 child used all 3 bedrooms. We cooked several meals in, used both stoves and the grill. I personally loved the outside sink and table. The pool was absolutely awesome (according to my daughter) it was used everyday we were there from in the early morning to having night swims. We would diffently stay here again if we are ever back in the area. Thank you for awesome stay.

Warm cozy home that felt like home. Located conveniently close to the airport and other major attractions. John home was clean, warm and felt like home. The pool was amazing- perfect temperature and clean. Will definitely visit again.

Chris‘s Airbnb was excellent. He was a great host and the view was everything we had hoped for. It was a very comfortable condo with a nice bed and the amenities which included the pool bar made it very fun also. It was a great location and we would definitely go back.

View from balcony was exactly as pictured. Gate security were very helpful and friendly. Parking was easy. Area had a very private and peaceful vibe, and not too busy with other people. There were no bugs at all. Kitchen and bathroom were thoughtfully stocked with soaps, linens, coffee, etc.

Great location, communication with host was good, pictures look accurate the condo in person, the condo was in a quiet area. The condo was clean and decor was simple.
