Guesthouse vacation rentals in Great Salt Lake

Arguably the best location in SLC if you want a great view and easy access to Big & Little Cottonwood. It's also convenient to everything else in SLC and even Park City - easy on/off the I-215 Belt Route. Every room in the place has a great view of the city & amazing sunset. The large covered porch was exceptionally nice to enjoy after a day of skiing or work. The neighborhood is one of the nicest & safest in SLC and an excellent area to walk/hike/bike. You feel very disconnected from the activity in the city below. The kitchen was fully stocked and we cooked often , as well as using the almost new gas grill on the porch. If you like dogs, you'll love their 2 rescue dogs that treated us like family the entire time. This added to the comfortable feel and safety aspect of the place. Jennifer & Bill were great hosts and I enjoyed having them around. I will stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

First time visiting Salt Lake City, and staying at Chiedu’s AirBnb made us feel right at home. All photos, instructions, and descriptions were very clear and precise. The neighborhood is very quiet and I felt safe walking to a local coffee shop for some caffeine and morning exercise. I was able to meet Chiedu’s briefly and appreciated our brief conversation as well as his wonderful hospitality throughout our stay. I would most definitely recommend Chiedu’s place for anyone visiting Salt Lake City and our awesome experience will guarantee our return!

Willow's place was quaint and peaceful. It was beautiful and cozy and everything we were looking for for the two night stay we had.

Historically, spending three nights at the roaring 20s Baldwin Radio Co. ‘warehouse’ was a real treat. This site is the birthplace of the first radio headset (an actual headset is on display) which on its own is worth the price of admission. This tastefully appointed decor perfectly matches this arts and crafts studio community as an appropriate companion space. Once we entered this exquisite hideaway - phones/screens, and dare I say earbuds, became irrelevant as we marveled at the attention of detail while spinning tunes on the phonograph. Connor and his team really crushed it. Shanasty!

This was a dream come true for me when I needed to get away from the frenetic urban environment I live in, and to work on a creative project requiring all of my concentration. The cabin is super-cozy and private and off the street (the street is also a quiet side street). It's a short walk to the amazing Park City Public Library (it also shows films), which has an wonderful coffee shop next to an off leash dog park. You can have your coffee outside as you watch off-leash dogs and kids playing in the fresh air and enjoy the beautiful mountain views. Another plus is that it is not in the middle of all of the Park City tourist activities (though you can walk to them). Nor in the middle of the dense commercial areas. It's a quiet neighborhood where people out walking say hello. The cabin is very new and bright and cheery and has a lovely outdoor sitting area. Jim is very respecting of privacy and also super responsive and helpful if you need anything.

Just as described and pictured. Convenient location to our family that lives in Cottonwood Heights. Clean, quiet, and working heat and air conditioning which was needed due to change in temperatures while we were there. Would stay there again if it works out.

I really enjoyed staying here! The location is unbeatable, it’s a 2 or 3 minute walk from downtown Holladay which was super convenient. The fenced in yard was very nice for my dog as well. It was nice!

Jennifer’s home was so lovely. Wonderful things to do outside to get some exercise. The house was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable! Great hot tub to relax after a long day.

Great Airbnb with lots of amenities (kitchen utensils, towels, washer dryer, really comfortable bed etc..). Would definitely recommend a stay here if you're staying in Ogden.

Ciara’s guesthouse was such a great deal for the price. Such a friendly family, super responsive, helpful & welcoming with fabulous recommendations. Loved walking the neighborhood with the beautiful view of the mountains and the area was so safe and easy to navigate, which was important to me as a solo traveler. Blew my expectations out of the water, this place is just adorable and the vibes are so good. I will definitely be booking again!!!

Yevgeniya's place was perfect! Very Homie feel to it, very comfy. Yevgeniya responded5to every message I sent and had an answer for every question I had. She was even so kind as to place a bucket outside the residence for my cigarette butts for me before I even had the chance to do it myself and messaged me to let me know she had done so. All in all, excellent experience...

Probably the best AirBnB we’ve stayed in - Melanie has thought of everything! Kitchen was perfectly kitted out for cooking with literally everything you could possibly need and in great condition. Place was sparkling clean and nicely decorated. And robes provided in the wardrobe - who could ask for anything more? We will be back for sure.

I had a great stay at MJ’s place. Everything was super clean. The adjustable mount on the TV was an added bonus! Would stay here again!

Very new, clean and well appointed. I needed a 2 day stop over on a very long trip so laundry, TV streaming choices, were much appreciated in addition to comfy & clean environment. But not easy to find in cookie cutter neighborhood.

We enjoyed our visit at Michelle’s home. It was just as described. There was plenty of space for our family and it was nice having a kitchen that included all the essentials. It was great to know Michelle was available if we ever needed anything.

We stayed at Nephi's place in North Salt Lake. Since we were there for medical procedure at the University of Utah this location was perfect. the drive to the university was only 20 minutes. the neighborhood is safe and friendly. The view from the deck is awesome! We found this home to be clean, sanitized and ready for arrival. Being able to park in a garage nightly added to the security as family members came and went both day and night. The master bedroom, bathroom and closet are huge. Our host, Nephi, communicated regularly to ensure that we were comfortable and that the unit was not having any problems. The front room and family room adjoin, providing plenty of room as family came for visits. The kitchen was large with a gas range, ample counter space and plenty of cabinets to place pantry items. The stackable washer and dryer are easy to use and did a good job for us. Nights were quiet. This home has three bedrooms and two baths. it is perfect weather used daily/ weekly or mthly.

Savannah’s guesthouse is beautifully and thoughtfully designed and furnished. The space was constructed with high-end finishes and an obvious attention to every detail. Everything is new and spotless. It is spacious and has a fully-equipped kitchen, an elegantly decorated bathroom, and a comfortable bed. I stayed for only one night while passing through, so I was not able to explore the area, but the neighborhood seemed very nice. Savannah is a very attentive and gracious host. I would happily stay at the guesthouse again.

Nice clean one bedroom exactly what we needed! Just my husband and I and a service dog and a pet. Love the landscaping and the chickens. We couldn’t have been more pleased. Thank you to a great host!
