Julie’s place is a great location, walkable to the Momentary, and some great bars, coffee shops, and restaurants. The place is decorated and furnished cutely and there were even fresh flowers. She has a beautiful garden, and even sent me home with a garlic start I can use in my own garden! She responded quickly if there were any issues.

Great place walkable to everything downtown Bentonville has to offer. I would definitely recommend it.

We loved our stay! Very beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. It was so convenient to walk all around downtown Bentonville and ride our bikes to the trails. James & Linda were exceptional hosts.

Amazing stay at The Overlook! Walking distance to Downtown Square, with well thought out recommendations by the hosts. The apartment was clean and had everything and plus more in amenities. I can’t wait to come back!

This was a delightful studio! Perfect get away for two. The balcony was great. The directions made access a breeze. Parking is amazing ! Very clean and well appointed. Such an enjoyable stay. Host responsive and checked in to make sure all was going as planned ! Great place ❤️

We loved our stay. The apartment was clean, well-furnished and quite modern. The location was within 2-3 miles of the Art Museum and Downtown attractions. It was easy to check in and the house rules and checking out instructions were clear and to the point. Another big plus was the balcony for morning coffee and relaxing before our busy days. The airport is across the street, so we enjoyed seeing some of the planes take off and land. Just a heads up to you coffee drinkers the coffee was excellent and provided but do bring your creamer and sugar as there was none in the unit No problem for us, we just went to the store that was very close and purchased some for our stay. All in all, this apartment was a slam dunk winner, and we will definitely go back when in Bentonville!!

This place was tastefully decorated, very clean and comfortable. Even though the back yard faced the park, it still felt private and peaceful. You could hear the water flowing through the fountains. We walked to the park, and to a local restaurant. We enjoyed our stay so much!

House was nice and very clean. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Would stay again.

Great house!

We had such a great stay at the Emerald Bungalow. The place had plenty of space and a nice back deck for relaxing in the evening. It was conveniently located to downtown Bentonville with plenty of parking out back. We were able to store our bikes in the garage as well. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had.

Nice place to stay and great host. Not sure why the cleanup fee is so high if we are required to do laundry though. That always rubs me the wrong way as a guest. But it seems like it’s pretty common with a lot of Airbnb places.

Very homey and comfortable. Beautiful area that’s off the beaten path. Less than 1 minute walk to the water. We loved seeing all the geese and their babies in the mornings.

This property was the perfect location for all that we wanted to do in Fayetteville. We rode scooters almost everywhere and only got in our car one time after arriving. Walkable location to several restaurants and a quick scooter ride to the Square and Dickson. The hosts messaged us clear instruction for checking in and checked in on us frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend staying here and I would book this property again!

Clean, quiet, and fantastic location! Perfect spot for one or two people looking for walkability to coffee, restaurants, shops, etc. We parked our car and did not use it the rest of our stay. Tracy and Eric were helpful, responsive, and flexible with a last minute change in plans. Much appreciated! Hope to stay here again soon.

The space was perfect for a quick getaway to see a concert at George's down Dixon St. In the 2 days my husband and I were there, we enjoyed everything there was to see and do. Awesome food, coffee, entertainment, and local shops all in walking distance.

We’ve previously stayed at three other units in The Dickson; all were nice, but this one stood out. Nicely decorated, well laid out, comfortable and easy access from parking ramp. The terrace is large and has a stunning view of the Fayetteville hills, Dickson Street and downtown. We thoroughly appreciated the extra attention to details like stocking the refrigerator with several bottles of water, a pint of half-and-half, and a stick of butter.
