The place is beautiful with an unforgettable view of the lake. It has everything you need to feel right at home. It is bigger than it looks in the pictures. We went for a couples vacation with two other friends and it was perfect. I do recommend renting a car since it is place quite high up on the mountain (for the view) and it is quite the hike by foot.

Great place! There were three of us here as a family. The listing matches the photos! A little hard to find, but wonderfully located with great views. In the house is everything you need. The host was always quick to respond to messages and gave great tips for the area. Clear recommendation!

The view alone was worth the stay. The apartment had a Fantastic atmosphere and we utilised all of the facilities except the pool. The greeting by Gabrielle and Nicolette was outstanding who gave us detailed information about the facilities. I recommend this property and location for anyone as long as they have their own transport.

Very spacious and clean appartment with private parking. Everything was spotless! Silvia was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Definitely recommendable.

Ana and David were wonderful hosts for a dreamy house in the vineyard. From the outside, it looks like a typical stone house in the mountains, but inside it is newly and modernly renovated with everything you need. The path from the car to the house is not to be underestimated (kids should not be too small) and can be quite strenuous in the summer, but if you know what to expect, it is manageable. The house's location in the middle of the vineyard and the breathtaking view more than compensate for the effort. The region is also stunning and offers a variety of activities. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Stefano is a very nice and polite host. The place was clean and comfortable. The views were amazing, breathtaking.. You could relax on the balcony watching boats moving across the lake or chilling in the garden enjoying the weather. Shop nearby with basic products. Also the bus stop is not too far. We had a great stay in Milano. The apartment is perfect for exploring the city. It‘s in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The supermarket at the corner is convenient. We would totally stay there again, highly recommended.

We loved this place! Very convenient location a few minute walk from the ferry and close by to all the shops and restaurants. We were greeted immediately by Gaia who showed us where our apartment was. Very accommodating and sweet hosts. Very clean apartment as well. Loved it!

Walking distance to station, large supermarket, playground and the water. Nice garden and beautiful views nearby and from the upper floor. Parking is tight, but definitely doable. A neighbor complained about it, but Monica was very helpful with this. Extra nice: it was a vacation and very busy in surrounding villages, but this village is quite quiet and very beautiful!

The apartment is luxury, the private garden stunning, the view amazing, no stress, no noise and well linked to Bellagio and ferry boats. The hosts are always available for every kind of needs. They even reserve the tables for you at the restaurants if you ask.

It was a very nice stay. The hostess is very flexible and the arrival was perfectly described by her. The view of the lake was wonderful and the apartment was very nice. I'd come back.

We spent almost a week here and thought it was the absolute best option we could find. Walking distance to everything and lovely private garden with more than 3 different cats visiting every time you sat there. We walked to almost every restaurant they recommended and had absolutely amazing food served! They respond quickly to messages and even offered to help us with something we thought about after 10pm at night, top service! If we go back, we absolutely live here...

The place was lovely and 100% matched the photos on the listing. Surroundings is quiet and borders directly on a forest, where you can walk. The house is clean, well-maintained and includes everything needed. The landlord is helpful, responds quickly to messages and gives tips for the region. It's worth staying at the K10House!

This is a spacious, comfortable and clean house, conveniently situated in the village a few minutes from the lake, supermarket etc. It is well equipped including covered outside space and garden. The underground car parking is very useful too. We were warmly welcomed by Antonio who was very helpful for our whole visit. Lake Como is beautiful and we were pleased to stay in this house for our visit.
