Great house, close to Chico State and downtown. House was perfect for graduation! Adam was fantastic to work with and incredibly responsive. Nice front porch to sit and have coffee in the morning too! I highly recommend!

Love this beautiful Home. We felt right at home! The house was clean and I felt so relaxed the moment I walked through the door. Chelsea was always available throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again! The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly we became friends with Mike next door. It is located in a great location quite and away from all the traffic. I was hoping to stay longer but it was already booked up for the month. Next time we will plan better Lol 😁

Great place for family gatherings. We were in town for my daughter’s college graduation and had family and friends over. The place is close to grocery stores and drug stores. We enjoyed the gas grill and the outdoor area was perfect on warm nights. The house stayed cool during the evenings. This is a baker’s house. I was impressed by how stocked the kitchen was. I will definitely refer family and friends to this listing.

Mike Brown saved our trip! Our first home was canceled literally hours before we were supposed to arrive in Chico. I jumped online and found Mike Brown's residence and was so happy it was available. The home went beyond our expectations. I wish we could have stayed longer. If we are ever back in town that is where I will want to stay.

Perfect place for a couple. Definitely a small space, but had everything necessary. Would stay again.

This was a great place to stay while visiting family. Loved sitting outside in the evening and walking in the orchard, and my kid just loved the pool! The game/pool table room is enormous. Beautiful surroundings.

Chandi’s place was wonderful! The pool and hot tub were a hit. We loved the kitchen and living room area as well. Our only complaint is not being able to close the door in the master bathroom

We had the best weekend stay at Thomas’ home. The place was clean, spacious, perfectly located, and such a bonus to have the pool on a hot weekend! Definitely recommend!

This home was wonderful to stay in! Its right down the road from Thunderhill raceway & it was so nice to come back to place where we could relax in peace & quiet & take a dip in the pool! Daniel was extremely helpful, responsive & kind. 10 out 10 recommend & will be staying there again for more tack days!

Andrew and Laurie offer a lovely quiet home under big old trees in a quiet neighborhood of Chico. The backyard was perfect for our family to hang out and unwind.

In one word: EXTRAORDINARY! Crystal was an amazing host - so understanding of our evolving situation a d very flexible to accommodate our needs. We have a baby with us and she even brought up a portable crib for us to use, which really helped us a lot! Cute family in a quiet safe neighborhood, easy access to main streets/highways. We were looking for an affordable place to stay for my daughter’s college graduation. This place was so close to the school and my daughter’s apartment. The place was very clean and the surrounding was very peaceful and quiet. We will definitely stay here again. The host Mike was very nice and quick to answer our questions. Definitely an A+.
