I want to thank ShLee for being such a wonderful host. My family was visiting Arizona under unique circumstances- a death in the family. ShLee is a very kind and understanding host. Her home is comforting and was a healing place for my family. We didn't get to enjoy all the fabulous amenities her home offers, such as her beautiful backyard and swimming pool, but we will visit Arizona soon. The house was perfect. Bradley had thought of everything and it was just like being at home. He was also quick to respond to my questions. Everything was very clean and well organized. Will definitely book this house again!

Thai place was amazing! Stayed here with my girls for my wedding weekend and it was perfect for a bride to get ready in.

We cannot say enough great things about Josh. He went so above and beyond to help us through our stay while visiting a very sick family member in the hospital there. The house is very cute, quiet, and perfectly clean! The layout is perfect for a family. There were lot of extra towels, many dishes and glasses — the kitchen is large! The pool and hot tub were excellent and were just a short walk away. We’ve spent every weekend in PHX for a month and this was our favorite Airbnb. Just know that if you have a larger car (we have a full size SUV) it will NOT make it into the garage. We had to park quite far away on the street both nights, but it was manageable, especially considering how great the place is and the incredible price. I highly recommend it. Thank you so much, Josh. You really were so kind and thoughtful during this difficult time for us, and your townhome gave us a peaceful place to rest.

If we can give Kendalyn and Toby 10/10+, we would! Kendalyn greeted us with some sweet treats upon our arrival --was definitely a sweet surprise as we checked in! We are local residents in AZ and had our CA family in town to celebrate our sons HS graduation for the weekend for some R&R and family time for the long weekend. This was the perfect stay-cation getaway and very accommodating with all the amenities the house came with. We had younger children/teens in our group (appx ages of 10-18 years old); this was awesome for the kids to stay entertained the entire stay--the swimming pool, mini golf, corn hole and the game room was such a hit! My elderly in-laws even enjoyed the arcade speedway and pool table so much, it's made our hearts full to have our entire family in town to enjoy this beautiful home! It was clean, well stocked with all kitchen items and the location was perfect--groceries/stores and the mall is nearby as well! We will definitely consider this place again!

We came for our son’s wedding and were able to fit our family. Our stay was great! We messaged our host a few times and she responded right away every time. The house was easy to find. We had no issues with check in and check out. We were able to check in way early and check out late at no extra cost, which was an added bonus. We loved the pool, very clean. House was clean and we had everything we needed. Kitchen was big and stocked with a-lot of things to cook with. Master bedroom was big. Fans in the rooms were great! Parking was great, enough parking for everyone. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. It was nice to park 2 cars in the garage ands 2 cars in the driveway. We highly recommend this place and we would definitely stay again.

Jeffery’s home has everything you need and more for a wonderful stay! Beds were super comfortable, had plenty of towels for the pool and shower—living room/kitchen is open concept for optimal visiting with family! Home has been completely remodeled and is beautiful. We came for a wedding in town and I can’t recommend this property more! Would definitely stay again!

Loved our stay here and would love to stay here again for future trips to Payson. Such a quiet, safe and beautiful neighborhood. The home was exactly as described. Super clean, with comfortable beds, comfy furniture and layout. It was nice and bright inside with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Really enjoyed the front porch with the big rocking chairs. Sat outside, enjoying coffee, watching the elk and a busy little squirrel. The backyard setting was absolutely lovely with 3 different sitting areas, with yard lighting and a fire table. The home user manual inside was extremely helpful with detailed instructions (thank you!!!). The country ranch decor throughout is so darling - love it!!! Perfect little place for our extended weekend stay. Had everything we needed, including iron and ironing board. Very clean unit, comfortable furniture, & quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed a week in this condo located in a quiet section of Fountain Hills with spectacular views. The condo itself was spotless with plenty of amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. Coming from the East Cost, the southwest themed artwork was quite attractive. The hosts are very responsive too and we look forward to coming back again.

This condo was nice and cozy, yet plenty of space for 4 people. It was a perfect place for me and my family/friend to stay for the weekend to do a local race and just have a peaceful getaway. I also appreciated Randy's responsiveness to my questions and being proactive in helping resolve the remote issue I had. If I'm back in the area, I would most definitely stay here again!

Such a cozy place and only a short drive to everything you could possibly want to do! The condo was stocked with everything you could need and was a perfect stay!

Michele was a wonderful host. The condo was absolutely perfect. Cozy, peaceful and comfortable. She contacted me several times to make sure we had everything we needed.

We went to Show Low for a girls weekend. Heather’s condo worked so well. We appreciated the split floorplan and the mattresses on both beds were great! Our only (very minor) comments are we would have liked clearer instructions for the TV and that the water pressure in the en suite bedroom was quite low. The road noise from White Mtn Blvd was noticeable but it was to be expected as it was a holiday weekend. Other than those little things, we enjoyed our stay very much.
