Conveniently located in the heart of Pawleys with easy access by car to our beaches, fabulous shopping, world famous golf courses, fine and casual dining, churches and all the fun the area has to offer. Beach access is easiest by car (approx 1.4mi to North End and 1.9mi to South End beaches). We are 3.4 mi to the Intercoastal Waterway (public boat access), 7 miles to Brookgreen Gardens, 16 miles to Murrells Inlet for amazing seafood and 72 miles N of Charlestion and 23 miles S of Myrtle Beach.

Inlet Time

Kick back and relax in our coastal suite. Close to beach, state park, renowned gardens, restaurants, shopping, entertainment. The historic city of Georgetown is 12 miles south, Charleston with its southern charm & history is 55 miles, perfect day trip. 2 bikes are here to explore the bike trail accessible in front of our home toward a wooded trail to Pawleys Island. Kayaks are available to explore the inlet. A Huntington Beach State Park pass is provided. See my guidebook for future events.

Pawleys Island Family Retreat for any Season

Our Pawleys Island house on the water is a 3,770 s.f. home that appeals to families with kids, groups & snowbirds. Two families renovated & decorated home in 2017. Pawleys Island is oldest seaside community in U.S. Property overlooks marsh & you can hear the ocean from our backyard. Drive to beach 12 minutes away. Our spot provides more privacy than beachfront homes. View is breathtaking at all times of day & year. Like us, you may find yourselves choosing the marsh over the beach some days.

Black River Refuge on the Water

The first guest comment I hear is "Wow - pictures don't do this place justice - the house is incredible and the views are spectacular! The next comment is "I thought we were way out in the country but it's only 20 minutes to the waterfront town of Georgetown, with shops, dining, museums and more. Looking to get away? This place is truly a retreat- a 3 bedroom house on the beautiful Black River in Georgetown. Four kayaks provided, swim or fish off the dock just a few steps from the house.

Inlet Hideaway

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, set in a small neighborhood but close to all the local restaurants and attractions. This two bedroom one bath home sits right on the inlet you can spend time kayaking, fishing catching crabs or just relax and enjoy the beautiful birds. The home has so many restaurants close by it will be hard to choose. There are fishing charters close by as well as golf and all Myrtle Beach and Huntington State beach is just down the street.

Creekfront Studio

Creekfront Studio is tucked away on Pawleys Creek. Rental includes beach chairs, single kayaks, beach cruiser bikes, stand-up paddle boards, dock access, crabbing traps/equipment, and more. Located in the heart of Pawleys Island mainland across from the Pawleys Island Chapel, you'll be only minutes from the beach, many wonderful shops, golf courses, and amazing restaurants. Creekfront Studio is best suited for two guests. Perfect for a long weekend or couples retreat.

SummerBreeze Cottage

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cottage! Built in 1941 and originally part of the Hammock Shops. A short walk to the Inter Coastal Waterway! Less than 3 miles to the beach! This beautiful home is just calling out to be part of your family’s memories, your groups golfing week or your company trip! There’s always something to do in Pawleys Island!
