What a lovely stay! The cottage's location right on Keuka Lake was absolutely perfect, offering amazing wildlife and lake activity. We truly appreciated the privacy and genuine homey feel – made us feel immediately comfortable. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway. We'd definitely stay again!

This location is beautiful! Right on the lake. Easy to go down the stairs to the water. Randall was an excellent host and very responsive. The home is lovely and well kept. We had everything we needed. The hot tub was perfect! We used the canoe and kayaks and had a wonderful time on the lake. We would most definitely rent this again and we’ll keep it on our list! Highly recommend!

Loved our stay! The cottage is so peaceful with beautiful surroundings. Especially appreciated arriving to a fire going in the beautiful fireplace and the farm fresh eggs. Such a relaxing getaway and we hope to visit again!

The stay at Ferryland was amazing! Ontario lake is such a powerful and beautiful place to be. Jan made the stay possible, easy and comfortable. Will highly consider vacationing again here!!!

Common space nice size for family to gather. Bathrooms updated and well stocked with several extras. Both bathrooms are located on second floor. Kitchen well stocked and full coffee bar provided.

The location was perfect to attend a wedding at Fountainbleu Inn (just a short walk to venue). Also, the location next to lake was wonderful. We had plenty of bedrooms with linens/towels and extras like trash bags, paper towels, toiletries, dish soap etc was very nice. The kitchen had what we needed to cook for 10+ people, except crock pot and griddle (which we brought from home). We enjoyed the hot tub and used the propane grill on the large deck. The owner stays close by and was in communication often.

Our stay was wonderful! We enjoyed that not only was it pet friendly, but there were toys already there for our dog to play with, as well as treats and poop bags! It was a cute and cozy home, with a great kitchen and beautiful bathtub upstairs. We enjoyed relaxing on the front porch, my dog especially loved it. He would whine at the front door to go back out there! It was also a very convenient location, only a few minutes to Market Street in Corning. Would recommend!

From the time the booking was accepted, any questions were promptly answered by Steve. Instructions to the house were clear and concise. Both Steve and his wife were congenial and wanted to ensure our stay would be comfortable and that we had everything we needed. A continental breakfast was available each day so that we could eat breakfast and start the day without having to find a restaurant. From the living room, we watched squirrels, chipmunks, and birds. Their dog is friendly, too! It's definitely a place we would choose again when in the area. Quiet and clean!

Unfortunately we didn’t get to stay for long, we just needed a place to stop for the night, but Michele’s place was so beautiful and cozy we will definitely be back if we’re visiting the area again

A great outdoorsy and rustic place to stay. Clean with good vibes and relaxing views. Very friendly cats. Outdoor shower was clean with its own heater and had decent water pressure. At night small lights were blinking like fireflies so you could find your way with beautiful ambiance. I would certainly go again here.

The house was extremely nice, well appointed and beautifully decorated. Great space for two couples with the two king beds and two full bathrooms. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with glasses, dishes, and cooking equipment. Great location being just a mile from the center of town for shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

We were celebrating our 34th wedding anniversary and family graduations! This location was close to family, nostalgic in that we used to have family reunions on the lake, and very relaxing and comfortable. Aside from the unseasonably cold weather, it was nice to explore the town, enjoy delicious food and enjoy scenic sunsets on the lake! Would love to return with family in the future! Brian and Melissa were very responsive and we didn't have any issues!

Karen's home was comfortable, clean and well stocked in the kitchen and bath. I felt it was in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Thanks for being such a great host Karen!

Gratitude and Grace is an escape from the ordinary. Its a beautiful unique property in the country that was just about perfect for me and 7 bridesmaids for my low key Bachelorette. The grounds are lovely and well maintained, as it is normally a wedding venue. The inside of the mansion is eclectic and vintage. Ron is very nice and accommodating as well. Some things i may improve: Soap was watered down in all bathrooms Beds werent exactly comfortable, they seemed very old. Hot tub was just nice, It didnt get very hot though and the water was a bit cloudy The most comfortable bed is in the tiny rennovated garden shed. Although peaceful, we did have to request it be opened so we had the 8th bed as advertised. 2 girls had to bunk up together the 1st night, no big deal but would have been nice to know the 8th bed wasnt automatically available. The 7th bed is a fun loft with a ladder above a king sized bed. It was cute, but the bed was very uncomfortable so no one wanted it.

This was a terrific stay. The hosts communication from beginning to end was as good as can be expected. The home was cozy and well appointed. The property was beautiful and peaceful. 5 stars, will recommend and return again. Thank you!

A great rustic getaway! It was great being between cayuga and seneca lakes - everything was a 20 min drive to see beautiful falls in every direction, great wineries/cideries (finger lakes cider house had amazing food to go with the cider), great restaurants (stonecat and elf in the oak) and Ithaca Farmer's Market (must see - so plan a Sat or Sun there). Sunsets were fabulous from the porch and over the fields and the hens were a joy to experience - so cute - and the gentle Q was so good with our cautious rescue pup. But the best part of the stay was Carey's hospitality - tending to every need and providing great suggestions of things to do/see tailored to our interests and giving us a true taste of the area - with local fresh eggs, fruit, wonderful baked bread, granola, cider, wine, cheese, baked goods and the best yogurt ever! We didn't even miss the tv (during football and world series even)!

This was our second stay here and it was even better than the first. They've added a restored Steinway baby grand piano to the house. If you play and haven't had the opportunity in a long time, or never, to play a baby grand, this would really put staying here over the top. I'm already looking forward to our next trip to the area and couldn't imagine staying anywhere else.

This was our second visit to Esten-Wahl Farm and a second standout experience. We had family and friends visit us there and they all felt the same way.

We had a fantastic stay at Deborah's property! The location was perfect for exploring the Finger Lakes, and the house was cozy and accommodating for our group of six, plus our dog. It was also infant-friendly, which made our stay even more comfortable. The hot tub and games were definite highlights, adding to the fun as we traveled from Canada to connect with family. Deborah's communication was excellent throughout our stay. I highly recommend this property!

Great parking. Communication was top notch. The place was clean and warm. Gina and her husband made it feel like home, responded immediately and there was nothing missing. The bathroom was very clean and the bed comfortable. The appliances were high end and the kitchen was stocked with a variety of teas and coffee and plenty of paper products. It’s private, quiet and secure. Not only was she responsive, she went above and beyond to call and see if there was anything else we needed. Also, when not on the property, let us know if we did need something , she was close and could drive back. The location is central to everything you’d want to see like the lilacs that people from all over come to enjoy, our downtown falls and many parks and lakes to name a few. All necessary things like stores, gas stations and coffee stores are within a mile. A five star rating isn’t enough for people who go out of their way to make you feel so comfortable. My husband and I highly recommend Gina’s place.

We loved the space and the location. We were able to enjoy the beautiful back yard, grill, and activities in the basement (video games, pool, and table tennis) with family and friends. Plenty of space to celebrate our graduate. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our favorite dishes. The host was very gracious and aimed to ensure that we had a great experience. A beautiful home that was the icing on our visit to Rochester, NY.
