Nice little apartment right across from the pool. Plenty of parking and very quiet.

This condo is a perfect spot for a peaceful, stress-free get-away. Actual condo is beautifully decorated with unique art and furniture is clean and comfortable. The facilities are kept pristine - the grounds are well kept and the pool overlooking the ocean has plenty of lounge chairs, tables and chairs. We did not use the laundry facilities, but they were tidy and easy to use via debit/credit card- no needing a roll of quarters like the "old days" when in college! Beautiful condo with no unwelcome surprises and plenty of beauty and R&R.

Everything was excellent.. not great WiFi but we survived♥️great location, clean and very comfortable and welcoming!! We hope to be back!

Very nice place and neighborhood! Liz was very proactive and kind!! I lost an Amazon package and she went out with me late at night to look for it. Can't describe how thankful I was!!

Very secure place to stay. The resort is really well maintained and clean with great things for families to do. the house was nice and met our needs. Perhaps could do with a little spruce so some things didn't look worn. Very clean and tidy though with great utilities in the kitchen. The host was great with communication and very responsive to questions. We had a really great stay!

My wife and I had a great stay at the Franklin! Great location - extremely close proximity to everything Mt Dora has to offer while being private and quiet. Talia is an excellent host, and the check-in was simple and the place was spotless upon arrival. I’d highly recommend a stay in Mt Dora and especially here.

This place was very nice and clean. Loved that it was walking distance to the resort. And has all the amenities to keep make your stay comfortable.

Claudia's place was super close to everything, we chose this location because we needed more than three rooms to share with friends. Claudia was so communicative all the time.

Beautiful place with amazing views. Andy was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would stay there again!
