This place was absolutely AMAZING!!!! Derek was a great host and very responsive and informative with his instructions. It was the perfect townhouse, location, experience, and environment for a getaway!

Great place to stay! Super short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and coffee. Description in listing was spot on. House is located on a busy street with lots of nightlife on the weekends (as stated in description). We always bring a white noise machine and noise cancelling ear plugs so wasn’t a huge deal for our family. I definitely got a great leg workout in going up and down the stairs haha! But the space was comfy and we spent most of time on the beach anyway! The host was incredibly responsive with any questions and provided detailed instructions. Would definitely book again!

My wife and I, along with our 2 young adult sons, drove from Canada to spend some time in Pasadena. J's condo was perfect for us. We really felt at home there and enjoyed being in close proximity to our good friends who we were visiting. Being from the country, it was also a treat to be within walking distance to restaurants and some food chains that we don't have in our hometown in Canada. While there, we had the pleasure of meeting J's family. Wonderful people who made us all feel very welcomed. When we return to Pasadena, we hope J's condo will be available as we would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you J and family for being so kind to our family as well as for making our stay in Pasadena so comfortable. We look forward to seeing you again.

The house was difficult to see from the street, but overall well furnished and clean on the inside. It fit perfectly with our needs for the weekend and was a 15 minute drive from the beach. Parking two cars in the driveway was difficult as it is shared by others, and we could hear the neighbors throughout the night. Otherwise, it was an amazing and easy stay for a good deal! There is a good amount of space and we loved the suggested restaurants to try provided by the host.

Our family of five just wrapped up a fantastic stay at Anthony’s house and we couldn’t ask for anything more! From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how absolutely immaculate the house was - sparkling clean and beautifully maintained. The location is truly unbeatable. We loved being within easy walking distance to the restaurants and shops, yet the street itself was wonderfully quiet. Plus we were just a block from the beach! We had a wonderful time and would definitely com back!

Sean is a great host. The space is very clean. Beds were comfortable. It was easy to get in and out. It has all the amenities. We felt very at home. If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely stay here! Thanks to Sean for the excellent communication and a great place to stay.

We originally planned to stay for a month but my house was not ready to move in, so extended for 2 more weeks. Wilson & Leona are great hosts, very friendly and always responsive. Their place is very quiet, clean and safe in a gated community. Great location, walking distance to an Asian plaza nearby, Pizza Hut, KFC and CVS also available in that plaza. On weekends, you can enjoy shopping at a fair market just outside the Nogales high school, which is just located across the street, not mention Mexican BBQ also available there on weekend nights! Last, lots of Chinese food available nearby and 99 Ranch supermarket just 5 mins drive if you love Chinese cuisine!

Beautiful condo exactly as described. Great neighborhood, very friendly and quiet. Very nice place to stay with our dogs. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

I had a fantastic stay! The location is amazing — just a short walk to Starbucks, great restaurants, Albertsons, and beautiful hiking trails. The home was spotless, fresh, and very well-maintained. The beds were super comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and convenient place to stay!

We had such a great stay. You can’t beat the location with kids. You have the ocean and marina access.

Sandy was a very friendly, helpful, and proactive host. The property has a lovely patio with jasmine flowers. Everything was clean and tidy and the kitchen was well-equipped. There is a playground steps from the unit and a pool, making it great for young families.

love the place. lots of bed to sleep in and had 3 bathrooms which was great.

I really enjoyed my stay there. It was very clean up-to-date. He had everything you needed. If you needed to cook in lots of restaurants, nearby shopping centers, nearby freeways nearby. I would recommend this place to anybody staying it around the area.

place was everything we needed. pool and hot tub were great after a long day. close (short drive) to LOTS of food and entertainment.

Julia was a great host as she was very accommodating and quick to respond. The place was clean and exactly as it appeared in the photos. Check in process was easy. I also liked that the area was gated as it felt more secure. The location was convenient as it was central to everything. I would definitely recommend this place.

Wally’s place was convenient and comfortable. It had all the basics to make simple meals and relax after attending a class in the area. Great location and safe neighborhood, walkable to the grocery store and beach.

Home is fabulous!! Bright, airy, and just so cool to be up in the hills. So many patios and outdoor spaces - we spent a lot of time on the roof deck. Ade and his wife were super responsive and friendly. Very comfortable beds, and bedrooms are well spaced on the lower floor for privacy. We feel extremely lucky to have found this place!!! While you aren’t *actually* far from things, I found going down the hill for errands to be something I just didn’t do bc I *felt* really far away. That was probably a psychological barrier (I’m a city kid who is used to walking a block for anything she needs) but just be aware once you’re there, you won’t want to leave. Finally - Ade is not joking about the dip in the road right before the house. If your car doesn’t have good clearance, park before it. Our Nissan Rogue was fine if we took it slow.

What an amazing stay! Truly a beautiful home in a wonderful location. The view from the balcony of Silver Lake and the city was absolutely breathtaking. I spent countless hours out there enjoying it. Such an amazing location too, so many great restaurants and cafes nearby. A great quiet neighborhood too. Very peaceful at night. I slept so well on the great comfy bed too. All in all 10 on 10! I would very happily stay here again. Can't recommend well enough.

Really enjoyed ourselves! It was super nice and easy to have everyone in one home and the living room/kitchen were a great size to accommodate our party. From the extra air mattress to irons and even diffuser attachments for the hair dryers, we really appreciated the care that went into the space

Overall the experience was great! Beautiful, spacious kitchen. Comfortable beds and furniture. Cute decor. The host was very easy to work with and responsive.
