The apartment Girasole can accommodate up to 3 people and has an area of about 50 square meters. They are an old stone house of 150 square meters. arranged on three floors: on the ground floor kitchen and dining room; on the 1st floor, double bedroom and 1 bathroom; on the 3rd floor open space with double sofa and two single beds. I have a nice lawn at your disposal equipped with grill, tables, chairs and sun loungers. Heating is guaranteed by three powerful wood-burning stoves (included in the price). Beautiful place in a very beautiful place. Some of the strolls available, on your doorstep, are just spectacular. And provide a decent break from the more populated, touristy areas. Enzo was very helpful on a number of occasions, and very quick to provide this help. Overall, a wonderful experience.

If we could we would buy the place! The stay and the view are simply amazing. The communication with Gabriele and his team was smooth, easy and he was quick to respond to our questions and requests. The bathroom was comfortable, just as the bed. The kitchen has everything you need to make your own italian dishes, but otherwise there are good (but not cheap) restaurants in the neighboorhoud. The local bakeries and coffee shops are a must for the real Italian experience. But the real reason you book this magical spot is the view on the local and the opportunity to let your worries carry off with the tides of the lake. The sunset is beautiful and the water is nice. We hope to return quickly.

Our stay was very enjoyable. Everything seemed so clear through instructions wherever needed. Elizabeth was very responsive and helpful and very thoughtful. We even found a parking disc to borrow. The was a beautiful terrace with the views over Lake Como which we loved so much .Great for having breakfast or watching the sunset. Worthwhile saying that the kitchen and the house are fully equipped. Nothing is missed out. Definitely recommended to other guests.

Very nice apartment with a lovely garden, just right for a short getaway with friends or family. Davide is very friendly and helpful. He couldn’t welcome us in person but the self check-in went very smoothly as he gave us clear instructions and everything was well organized. He’s easily reachable in case of problems and also regularly checked if everything was okay. A minor inconvenience was that our bedsheets were still damp from the washing when we arrived, but he told us one day before that this was the case and also told us where we could find extra blankets (we eventually helped ourselves with the hairdryer :-) ). Everything else was perfect, in the flat you can also find a list with recommendations on restaurants and activities that was very helpful. We would always come back! :)

Наталия was an awesome host. From communication to recommendations on point. The apartment smelled so clean, as if we were the first guests to check into this refurbished apartment. Towels, soaps and shampoos, even slippers so you don't walk with your shoes on inside. Prosecco and water at arrival ... She recommended a boat ride, best moment we spent on Lake Como, the service she recommended was the sweets family owned rental business. Restaurant recommendations were also very good. The village of Argegno is the kind of dreamy village, not bling bling nor shabby, just perfect. Highly recommend this host, most thoughtful in every detail, yes there were beach towels also!
