My friend and I had an amazing stay at Matt’s cabin in Linden! Needed to get away from the hustle and bustle of Northern Virginia . The cabin had everything you could possibly want. We enjoyed the fire pit every night. My friend enjoyed the hot tub every morning , it was nice and clean. Not far of a drive into the local town of Front Royal. Went for a beautiful walk around the Shenandoah river. We would definitely stay here again.

This Cabin is definitely a favorite! It is so beautiful and clean!!! There’s a lot to do around the cabin,,,hot tub, corn hole, tabletop arcade, hiking, fire pits (the view from the one behind the house is amazing!) Our Host was outstanding!!! His response time is 5 minutes and he really helped us get to the Shenandoah River State Park which is a 15 minutes drive and it was just AMAZING! We are already looking at the calendar to return soon!!!! We called it “almost heaven, almost West Virginia”!!!

Location!! Near all local attractions but extremely private. Beautiful views. Loved waking up to beautiful sunrises from the comfort of bed, and amazing stars at night from the hot tub on the back deck. This house delivers a great experience. Would absolutely stay again

This is a lovely property surrounded by nature. We really enjoyed using the spacious hot tub & we visited a local farmers market only minutes away. Then had a really great time using the grill. Would recommend

We had a great time at Nicholas and Dana's place! It was both fun and relaxing. We really enjoyed the little beach, the dock and the kayaks. We caught some catfish and one tiny crab in the crab trap (and threw everything back in). It was nice to have the firepit and hot tub to use too. And, the kids really liked being downstairs in their own space. The only issues were that the key pad wasn't working to get in to the front door which was frustrating after a long drive and the grill was very slow to heat up and probably needs to be replaced. Overall, this home was a really good choice for us and we would stay again when visiting family in the area.

I recently stayed at a cabin rental near the Shenandoah River, and I can't recommend it highly enough! The cabin was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was absolutely beautiful, surrounded by nature and providing a spacious yard for outdoor activities. Inside, the cabin was just as spacious and inviting. After a long day of hiking, exploring, and fishing, we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. It was the perfect way to unwind! The owners were incredibly responsive and kind. The gentleman went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, with thoughtful gestures that made our stay even more special. Overall, I loved my experience and will definitely be visiting again. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway, this is the place!

It was so wonderful place I want to come next time

We had a wonderful time at Connie’s place, everything was amazing, we loved the Kayak and paddle board.

A great stay on the river. The kitchen was well equipped and the rest of the house was comfortable. The screened in porch and access to the dock/beach/river was our favorite part. Our dogs were in HEAVEN. The location is rather remote, so recommend bringing any food you'll want as there are no close stores or restaurants.

I needed a place that my family, from out of state, could stay while attending a graduation. The house was perfect! I told Bob what I wanted to do and he was encouraging and helpful. He made sure we had propane for grilling and answered all my questions. He was very prompt when I reached out to him. We had an amazing time. I would stay there again.

Our stay at the Hunt Box at Tally Yo Farms was very delightful. Besides the lovely and peaceful countryside setting the accommodations were just as beautiful. The space was beautifully decorated and spacious and very clean. Our host Lynn was very responsive with clear instructions about checking in and out and gave some wonderful local recommendations. There were some very good restaurants close by and a wonderful little ice cream shop we may have frequented more than once. ☺️ I would highly recommend staying at the Hunt Box if in the area.

I planned to propose to my girlfriend over a romantic farm and Shenandoah getaway weekend. Andrea was very excited and helped make the weekend really special. The grounds were amazing and so beautiful with trails to take walks on and many animals to see. We brought our puppy and we had plenty of space to safely let him off leash to run around. He had as much fun as we did (and we got engaged!) Her restaurant recommendations were spot on, so definitely give those a try. We did the farm tour on the last day, and it was so personal, interactive and informative. Do not skip the tour!!! Andrea was so kind and generous with us. We cannot recommend this place highly enough.

My fiancé and I had an amazing weekend at cabin moonshine. It was exactly what we wanted for the weekend and our pups had a great time too. The view is phenomenal from the driveway to the porch to the hot tub, you can't miss the mountains. Cannot wait for our next stay!

My family and I stayed here for a week for our family vacation. We are a group of 8 (6 adults and 2 kids) and there was plenty of room for all of us. We barely left the house because with the beautiful view, dock, beach area, canoe, kayaks, hot tub, game room/ library, corn hole, and fire pit we all had plenty to keep us entertained. Everyone loved Mary & Shelly’s place, and it provided the perfect space for us to enjoy the river and each other’s company!

Great location to access the Capitol and Metro blue, and restaurants! Space was very comfortable for my wife and I as we visited for 3 days. The bathroom and shower were especially nice! I liked that the living space was separated from the bedroom. We applied for the parking pass online (fairly easy process) and found a spot right across the street! The small dishwasher was nice as we ate there, and didn’t have to wash dishes by hand. As mentioned, there are some dogs living in the unit above, but we didn’t hear them as we slept. Definitely would stay there again!

I was there with my two daughters celebrating the 50th birthday of my younger daughter. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The sitting area was beautiful with lovely decorations and even some games. The kitchen had complimentary snacks. There were slippers all over the house and bathrobe in the bathrooms. It was a short walk to the Inn, where we had our celebratory dinner! Parking was simple and there was a lovely swing outside All in all it was a perfect experience for all of us. The price was very reasonable I highly recommend this location!!!

It was a good location, roomy, comfortable, clean, and much better than a hotel for a group of friends.

The house is well kept with all the necessary conveniences. The beds are comfortable and the recliners in the living area are within easy view of the large screen TV. The location is suburban and in easy Uber distance from DC. There are many good places to eat near by. Eliana is an efficient and effective hostess. It was a great stay that is likely for a return visit.

Jennifer was very responsive. Place was clean and had everything needed for our stay. The water pressure was great and got plenty hot.

Connie's Rock Cottage was amazing! much thought was put into this cottage. Firewood and fire starter for the wood stove on chilly nights, robes we used for getting to and from the private hot tub just steps outside the back door,map of entire 550 acres of land including the wonderful paved walkway which meanders through the property. This was the mosr exceptionally prepared kitchen we have seen in out travels. Tons of utensils, a full set of potsand pans, dish towels, trivets, cutting boards and cooking sheets! We love to cook together when we travel and this kitchen was big enough for 2! We got some amazing pictures all over the farm. The lack of light pollution allowed us to enjoy the stars and Pink Full Moon in all their glory! We will be back to enjoy this cottage again!

We just got back from Jackie's Place! The home was beautifully decorated and clean. It is private, but also close to the best that Alexandria has to offer! We loved walking to coffee shops, restaurants, and shops. We were there to visit colleges for my son and were surprised how close we were to DC and Georgetown. Having the parking spot was also great. We could just leave the car and walk everywhere. Thank you for a great stay!

We've stayed at Kopal's quite a few times - very peaceful neighborhood, very close to Lake Artemisia, which is lovely for walking, also very close to College Park. Great location. The house is always very clean, well-equipped and Kopal is so responsive.
