Beach condo vacation rentals in Fernandina Beach

this place was perfect for our group of four! walkable to everything and right on the beach. The space was clean and private and exactly what the pictures showed. We couldn't have been happier. Staley was also super nice and responsive and had great recommendations for places to eat in her welcome book. We definitely will stay here again!

This was our second time staying in one of Gary&Rachaels properties. I honestly don’t think I’ll look anywhere else. The area is perfect for us and I feel very safe booking and staying with them. Already planning our next trip and will definitely be staying on one of their properties again.

From the time we arrived until we left, it was a peaceful and lovely get away. Lauren was great to respond when we had any questions . Would definitely stay here again and recommend it for a peaceful, relaxing beach getaway!

I see us returning to this location for future family trips .

Great Place for a quiet peaceful getaway. Very clean and organized house with everything you could possibly need. Host gives you great recommendations for anything you would need! Great all around! Highly recommend!

The property owner's responsive and timely communications are greatly appreciated. The two-bedroom condo was clean and compact with a small kitchen. What stood out during our three day visit was the close proximity to the beach (about a two minute walk on the access boardwalk) and downtown Fernandina Beach.

Darlene is very kind and responds quickly to any questions. The condo is an easy walk to a private beach. Being on the first floor and parking right in front is a plus. It was very nicely decorated and quiet even though it was a holiday weekend. Thank you for everything Darlene

We had an amazing stay at Lamont’s! The place was spotless—cleanliness was clearly a top priority, which made settling in super comfortable. One of the best features was the incredibly easy beach access; just a short walk and you’re right on the sand. Lamont was also very responsive—any questions we had were answered almost immediately.

The accommodations were very clean and comfortable . The view was spectacular 😍 The distance to the beach was perfect. Our trip was relaxing and amazing. Being older, we were glad we rented a car to go out dining in the evening. We didn’t really explore the area but we were really more comfortable just hanging on the beach, the pool and the condo. Total relaxation was our goal and that goal was reached😍 Thank you so much❣️

We had an amazing stay at Rob & Nancy’s condo! We arrived late at night and the view walking out into the living room the next morning literally took our breath away. Morning coffee on the balcony with the sound of the waves was pure bliss. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to beach towels. There were even 2 beach chairs for use outside the front entry. The condo was incredibly clean and my standards are high! Also the check-in process was seamless thanks to the keyless entry, and communication with the host was quick and easy. We’ve stayed in a lot of beach rentals over the years, and this one really stands out. Highly recommend—we’ll definitely be back! Thanks y’all!

Vitamin Sea is the perfect getaway. The condo is in a great location and is exactly as described. It is spotlessly clean and the view is amazing. Sitting in the recliners on the balcony in the early evening with the sound of the ocean is a highlight at the end of each day. Marissa is a very attentive host and very easy to communicate with. The condo has everything you would ever need. I would highly recommend this spot. We would definitely come back!

Elizabeth's place was just perfect. A few steps away from the beach, Fort Clinch, restaurants. Elizabeth is super responsive and organized and her place has everything you could need and more! Our boys loved the pool and we loved coffee on the patio and the the beach cruisers to ride around the Fort! We will be back!

Excellent communication from the host, very responsive. This unit has a great location, right on the beach. The outside of the building looks a little bit dated, but the unit has been remodeled and is beautiful and modern inside. Lots of beach toys included.

The condo was clean, convenient, quiet, comfortable and as pictured. There was plenty of on site parking which was a huge positive for me. Nicholas was proactive in all communications and made sure I had what I needed. I will definitely choose this location again for future visits.

Once again, this little place exceeds expectations. Comfortable, with a location that can’t be beat, this is my go-to place when I visit PVB. I’ll be back again soon.

The condo was quite, the view amazing, well equiped and the "Beach" right there!!!! Would stay there again! Lots of good resturants nearby all with very tasty foods. Local people friendly!

This place is great! Essentially oceanfront. The host was responsive and you can tell they care for their guests. The only issue is parking, they have five spots for several units and it’s first come first serve, otherwise you have to use the public access parking, which is plentiful on slow beach days but gets packed on busy weekends. Otherwise I highly recommend.

My family two babies and a dog stayed here for a long weekend trip. It accommodated all of our needs and was easily located to pool beach. The park right next door was ideally the best part for babies and dog. Would stay here again

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach. The space was clean, welcoming, and had everything we needed. Hands down, these were the most comfortable beds we’ve ever had in a rental—we all slept incredibly well. It was also a huge bonus being able to bring our dogs; they loved being part of the trip and felt right at home. Highly recommend!
