My family of 4 adults were VERY comfortable; having en-suite bathrooms was perfect. We were in town for a family wedding in Sanford. It was an easy 25 minute drive. The outdoor wedding was July 5th…hottest day of the year…oh how we longed to be back at Angie’s where the AC was fabulous! Separate controls for upstairs and downstairs worked out great for us. The bride quipped “I wish you could make my cake.” So, Angies place was selected due to the photos of the kitchen. The kitchen was perfect! Clean, well equipped, the oven worked perfectly, the refrigerator had all the space needed to store a 3 tier cake. Even tho I was stuck in the house most of the day making a wedding cake, it didn’t feel like it. The kitchen (as well as the rest of the house) is so light and bright with tons windows looking out into the woods; just a lovely space! Angie was responsive and accommodating. We will definitely want to stay at Angie’s on our next visit.

This home worked out perfectly for our family and dogs. Very, very well-stocked with many extra towels, pillows, sheets & blankets, every kitchen appliance imaginable, plenty of coffee, condiments and non-perishable foods included. A large home with plenty of space, huge table for a gathering of 10 to share a meal, and a wonderful fenced-in yard. Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood on a very large corner lot.

On the smaller side but perfect for three people. It was clean , comfortable and peaceful. I would add a comfortable chair to the furnishings in the living room however the sofa was very comfortable. My bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to get up. The hosts are very nice and go out of their way to make sure all your needs are met. I would definitely recommend.

Very descriptive check in and check out details. The home was very welcoming and comfortable. The deck and yard was nice but unfortunately no time to utilize it. Overall a great and spacious home, enough for my family weekend get away. Kitchen was ready for guests with everything you might need including some basic seasoning. I did send a message with no response only to realize I needed to message directly (so not his fault). What I needed was worked out with no issue so I’m appreciative! Will definitely heart this as a favorite for next trip!

We couldn't have asked for a better experience at Kathy and Don's. The barn was beautifully presented with thoughtful added extras including snacks and wine. The bed was comfortable and we felt right at home. We had a great meal at The Wing Company in Coats and we also had fantastic Chinese take out from Coats as well. The highlight though was our hosts. Kathy and Don are the most genuine, friendly people you could ever meet and we really hope we can visit them again one day.
