Our stay was incredible. We brought my mil who is a nurse and caregiver and rarely gets a break she couldn't have been happier. Our teens especially loved the shuttle to the gym/waterpark. They loved going swimming in heated pool closest to our unit. We seen a bear literally walking up our steps the second day and climbing on another unit the second so that was the best highlight for our teenagers lol. my husband loved how high up we were, and took advantage of the private road. Would 10/10 recommend, and David was incredible the entire time!

Great pool, close to everything, the sky park is pretty neat and just a mile away. Place was very clean and well appointed with dishes, etc. People are super frfriendly and helpful here at the lodge.

The stay was absolutely amazing I would 100% recommend this place for anyone looking for a getaway I did get a little lost going up but that was due to my cars gps but even then i wasn’t far just turned one street to early haha. I will be staying there again 100%

Place was exactly as described! Loved the space, location and amenities! Scott was very communicative and instructions were spot on. Would stay here or in a place of Scott’s again.

This place was a great find! Our favorite part was the wrap around balcony with the mountain views. We enjoyed breakfast out there each morning. We also loved having King beds and coffee available. There was no noise from the neighbors and there is so many great things to do in the area. We would definitely stay again!

Great condo tucked back from the parkway so it’s peaceful and quiet with a gorgeous river view from the balcony where we enjoyed coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening. But, it’s still right in the middle of pigeon forge, minutes from everything! Lots of space for a family gathering. The bedrooms were very spacious. This condo is well equipped with games, entertainment items…even a basket of blocks for the preschoolers to play with. We felt right at home.

I have no words to describe what an amazing host Laura is—by far one of the best hosts I’ve ever had across all the properties I’ve stayed at. Her place is super cozy, well-equipped, clean, and organized. It’s also really close to all the key spots. The beds are super comfortable, and she was always attentive and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed for an amazing vacation. Can’t wait to come back soon!

We sat on the balcony every morning and enjoyed the beautiful peaceful river view. Very comfortable and clean home with everything you need. Jackie was very helpful and accessible. Convenient location. Definitely recommend this condo.

We always like staying at the Riverstone resort. The condo we stayed in was as expected in a very good way. The king bed was not that great, really springy but that’s an us issue and not a deal breaker. We still were able to sleep. The pools were nice the lazy river especially. The relaxing view right next to the river was also very nice. It’s got great proximity to Dollywood and other popular spots right in Pigeon Forge. It’s a great spot and will continue to be one of the places we stay while in Pigeon Forge.

Exactly like the pictures! They almost don’t do the view justice! The hot tub was one of our favorite parts. We drove about 40 min to Cade’s cove for a hike.. highly recommend. We also stopped at “Burger Master” and “Townsend Abby Pub” where David took great care of us! We will definitely be back to the Rocky Top Retreat!

The cabin and view was absolutely stunning. We had plenty of space for our family enjoyed all the amenities. The hot tub, pool table and arcade game were fun for the whole family. Chris and Morgan followed up after our arrival and were easy to contact. I will absolutely stay at one of their homes again.

Beautiful place to stay! It Came with everything we needed and more! We felt right at home and it was a quiet little area! It was a short distance to/ from Dollywood and the Island! Also the beds were so comfortable!! I honestly wish we could have stayed longer! I will definitely be booking again next time we come to this area!

The view from the cabin was simply breathtaking. The cabin was meticulously designed and equipped with all the amenities you could ever need. The hot tub, game room, and fire tables in the porch were a huge plus. Joyce was incredibly kind and attentive to our questions and concerns. Throughout our stay, we appreciated the time and effort you put into providing us with detailed user guides for every appliance in the cabin. We can’t wait to return to this wonderful place!

David’s house was located not so far from the shopping areas, but very quiet and clean. We enjoyed to stay his house and enough room for 6 people to stay.

Alissa was a fantastic host! Was 30-45 min flexible on our check-in time, because I arrived a bit early. So gracious. Responded immediately when I booked the house. House was great, clean, private, and very well maintained. I would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

We stayed at Suzanne’s spacious and incredibly comfortable home for my daughter’s graduation from UTK, and it was absolutely perfect. Our group of 10 had more than enough room, and it was so much better than being spread out in hotel rooms. We loved gathering by the pool to relax and celebrate—so much nicer than a crowded hotel lobby or bar. One of the highlights was spending a fun day with my daughter’s roommates and their families, all enjoying the amazing outdoor kitchen and TV area. The setting was peaceful and relaxing until some beautiful Tennessee thunderstorms rolled in, which made for a perfect evening enjoying the light show under the covered porch. Suzanne communicated often and provided clear, helpful instructions throughout our stay. Her home was the ideal place for this special occasion—we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The house itself was lovely and the view was beautiful! Be prepared if you’re not used to mountain roads. The short drive from Gatlinburg up to the house is steep! It was beautiful but a little nerve-wracking if you come from flat country.
