The house was just like the photos, so beautiful!! Choo was even so sweet and left a present for my daughter since I told them we were celebrating her birthday!! This was my first time using air B&B and it was amazing!

Easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, beach and mini golf! Great area to take a walk or run around the neighborhood. Had all the basic supplies for cooking and comfortable furniture in the living room and bedrooms. The outdoor patio and yard is where we spent most of our time, the chairs and set up was perfect. The outdoor shower is a nice touch too!

The house was great and we were able to rent a both units of the duplex! Kitchen was well stocked for cooking large group meals and was close to town when we wanted to go out for food. Daniele was very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!

The house was cozy, clean, and a great place to stay for our time in Cape Cod. Steven is very responsive and we had a fun and easy time there.

Sue’s place was great for my family and dog. The 2 apartments give a nice separation when staying with a group. Very clean and comfortable. We paid the extra fee to not worry about linens and felt It was worth it. It is on a busy road and you can definitely hear the traffic when the windows are open as the house is pretty close to the road but it wasn’t an issue for sleeping. Location is great for many restaurants and beaches. 20-25 minutes to Hyannis or Chatham

Richard was a great host from the start of our booking! He immediately send me recommendations for things to do, responded promptly to any request like the best bakery, how to get tickets for events and much more! The fact that he has lived in Ptown so long is an asset to his hosting! I was celebrating my 50th with friends and asked whether there was any Champaign flutes. He said no. A few days later I offered to shipped my own from Amazon and gift it to the house, to which he replied that he already bought some for the house! This is just one example of how he went above and beyond to make our experience memorable! The outside deck is the best feature of the house, and we spent a lot of time there! The Den is like a private apartment and I loved staying in there! We had an extremely special Laborday weekend stay and a lot of it was due to Rick’s hosting, flexibility and accommodating nature. We cannot wait to return. This house looks small but had everything our group of 5 needed and more. Two bathrooms, sizeable bedrooms, well stocked kitchen and personal touches, too. We woke every morning for the amazing sunrise which can be viewed by sitting comfortably on the deck, the rocks, or right inside the house, if it gets too cold. We cooked at home, but also loved 908 Bistro and Captain Parkers pub. Easy drive to Chatham. This house is so very lovely and nothing compares to being right on the beach. Samantha was very responsive. Instructions were clear. We were there off season, so it was quiet and peaceful. Already searching for dates to return.

Extremely charming, homey old-school beach cottage very near the beach, plus a great separate 1 bedroom small cottage on the same property (internet was good in the large cottage, not in the small one). Lots of great screened in porch space, plus an upper deck with ocean view. Large fenced back yard. Beautiful sunrises *and* sunsets, both! We were there in late September, so there were minor signs of end-of-season wear--normal for an older beach house at the end of beach season, and makes it feel more homey & relaxing. Less than 5 min walk to beach (long stairway to access beach). Walking along White Horse Beach is best at low to mid tide. No "low tide" smell at low tide. Beach is rocky in the sense that there are a lot of little smooth round multicolored rocks, plus a few very picturesque huge rocks out in the ocean. Beach is comfortably walkable if you wear flip-flops or water shoes. Short drive from grocery stores, restaurants, & many historic sites including Mayflower II.

Tina's BnB is so peaceful and in a beautiful setting with a beach. The cottage is right on the bay - sunsets are stunning. The bed is very comfortable, which is unusual for most BnBs. It is in a quiet neighborhood, and I slept well each night! Everything was clean. Even though I ate out nightly, the kitchen had all that you need to prepare a dinner. There is also a shed with beach toys and chairs. Tina checked in a few times through the message app and offered assistance, but I had everything I needed. I loved my stay and will return in the future!

It had everything we were looking for during our time at the Cape. It was clean with a lovely seaside theme, peaceful, spacious airy feel, outdoor patio, and fire pit we enjoyed. The location made it accessible to beaches, restaurants, and shops. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. Becca was very responsive and friendly. We hope to come back again. We had a great weekend at Rich’s place! Really awesome location. The path to the private beach is lovely. It was amazing to walk 5 minutes and be at the water. Really peaceful and tons of bird activity! Would stay again

We can't say enough about how clean the house was!! Absolutely spotless!! The location, on quiet street, in a quiet suburb, exactly what we were looking for! So many great restaurants and beaches near by, no need to be in the busy hustle and bustle, we had everything we needed. The house was very spacious and laid out really well, and the back patio is amazing!! Looking very forward to our trip next year. Thank you!!

I am so glad I found Judy’s AirBnB when searching for accommodations in Cape Cod! Her home is beautiful, but what really stood out was her proactive communication and clear investment that we had a wonderful trip. This has gotta be the cleanest house we stayed at on the Cape, and we've been to a lot! He was very easy to communicate with, as I had a few questions during my stay; I messaged him and he always got back in a timely manner. Loved all the appliances, though we didn't use all of them. The private backyard was relaxing. Such a quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors, and loved the short walk to the beach. My favorite part of the home was the relaxing bright and clean enclosed breezeway which made a nice reading area.

Michael and Fatima were wonderful hosts, very responsive with returning my messages and instructions for checking in and out were clear and easy to follow. Only thing I think I would change and this is nitpicking since everything else was as described in the posting, is having an actual couch to sit on instead of the futon. My guests and I stayed in last couple nights and the living room was a bit tight for us. We stayed in because it rained Sunday night. Overall the stay was comfortable and felt like a home away from home feel. Location was nice too, we could jump right on 6 and go where we had to go. Other years I've stayed closer to the ocean and it takes a bit of a drive to get to the highway. Thank you again for renting out your home! Enjoy the rest of the summer, Ben Kimball

It was our second time staying at Amanda’s beautiful cottage and we hope not the last! The space is adorable and very spacious for a couple or a couple plus a guest (which was the case on this visit). The garden is a wonderful oasis to hang out and have meals and we appreciated Amanda being flexible to allow us to bring a solo stove. The area is so rich with wildlife and Mashpee Neck and the causeway beach are the best. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to come back.

This was my first time coming to cape cod, came on Mother's Day weekend. It was my first Mother's Day without my mom, so I wanted to get away for the weekend. My weekend was perfect ! Nicola was an excellent host!! Her home was beautiful , when you stepped inside you felt like you were coming home not to an air bnb, the back yard the kids and adults loved! The short walk to the beach was perfect!! It was kinda yucky weather that weekend but we enjoyed every minute :) couldn't thank Nicola enough!! Thank you for making a sad weekend a great weekend with lots of laughs and smiles !! Will definitely be back!!!

We enjoyed our time and found the place very beautiful and well laid out. We enjoyed the board games and the large sized rooms. Angela was very helpful and gave clear instructions. It was surprising and outside of normal expectations that we were expected to wash and dry all towels and linens prior to departure I have never had to do that in an AirBnB before. It made for a bit of stress on departure. If you go, keep that in mind when planning ferry departure times. You can’t leave too early. But aside from that our stay was lovely.
