Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Falls Church

Given graduation on the East coast, location in Arlington/proximity to Georgetown, size and location of Tyler’s home, the value was worth the price! Coming from the Midwest, all was intimidating at first, but we wanted a comfortable, substantial place that would provide true bedroom spaces and adequate bathrooms for each pairing in the family. Tyler’s place did that plus offered two living areas, a large dining and spacious kitchen for conversation, food spread, cooking, mingling, celebrating, etc. We couldn’t have been more pleased with all of the spaces!

Alberta and Jorge’s beautiful home was the best air bnb experience we have ever had, and we have stayed in many places around the world. The home is on a quiet street adjacent to rock creek park in the most serene of surroundings. The home itself was incredibly comfortable and well designed. The kitchen was outfitted with every possible kitchen gadget and appliance - a really extra special treat for folks who like to cook, not to mention tons of spices and sauces that saved us the hassle of having to buy lots of extra things. There’s no shortage of supplies which was also a nice touch and made us feel much more welcome. Our family (two adults and three kids) was extremely comfortable there and the kids loved playing in the snow and the yard. I can’t recommend it highly enough. Parking is a breeze on the quiet street and it’s an easy drive to anywhere in the city. Public transit via bus is also very convenient as 16th street is a short walk away with access to the bus lines. A true gem

This place was perfect for my group of family and friends that I traveled with . Has a Modern look inside along with spacious rooms. The location is in heart of city with great view and plenty stores close by . Would stay here again for sure. 10/10

The stay at Melissa’s property was great. The home exceeding our expectations. Melissa checked on our group to see how we were doing and enjoying our stay. The home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Five minute drive from grocery store and about 10 minutes from Metro Rail Station (Red Line). The kitchen was fully equipped and more than enough towels for everyone. The washer wasn’t working but Melissa told me if anyone needed laundry done, she would have her team to come and pick up the laundry. We didn’t needed but that extra extension of hospitality stood out. I can on and on about our stay but I would stay there again and recommend anyone visiting the DC area, to stay at her property. Again thank you for making hospitality.

We just got back from Jackie's Place! The home was beautifully decorated and clean. It is private, but also close to the best that Alexandria has to offer! We loved walking to coffee shops, restaurants, and shops. We were there to visit colleges for my son and were surprised how close we were to DC and Georgetown. Having the parking spot was also great. We could just leave the car and walk everywhere. Thank you for a great stay!

My out-of-town crew stayed in this home for 3 months! The house accomodated everyone very well and the host was excellent! Always helpful and responsive, catered to any need and treated my guys very well. They said they'd gladly return next time they're in this area. Highly recommend!

Michael and Erin have such a great house in a fantastic neighborhood and was the perfect place for my family to gather for the holiday weekend. The house was immaculately appointed with high quality linens and furnishings and had everything you would need to live there comfortably. They were also extremely responsive when we needed something and went the extra mile in sharing some of their favorite treats. I would highly recommend their place!

I had a quick work trip and short stay. I got in late so I wasn't able to meet Harrison in person, but he gave me very clear directions for a self-check in and everything worked out great. Would stay again.

Lovely modern flat. Extremely well stocked with everything you need. Great location for seeing all Washington has to offer. Easy to walk or short Lyft/Uber. We were very comfortable. An amazing place to stay with an even better host! The place was perfect for a weekend getaway. Everything was within walking distance. We love the attention to the small details like the umbrellas, bags for groceries and metro cards. Even though we didn’t end up needing them we appreciated the thought that went into this place and care she took for us to feel at home. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay at Greg’s place in DC. Great location. Clean and perfectly situated location. Communication with Greg was very prompt and helpful. Greg is very accommodating. We enjoyed and hope to be back one day.

The House is as described. The host greats, welcomes and walks you to the house. Shows you everything in the house. The house is very clean. Kitchen fully equipped. Extra linen available, Toiletries are provided. The host is very responsive, and will ensure your stay is comfortable. The neighborhood is beautiful, peaceful, quiet, and walkable. The path to the house is well lite at night it looks beautiful . The host is very warm, and welcoming, I felt I was home away from home.

Stephanie & Robby's Airbnb was a great location in a quiet neighborhood, near a park in the Capitol Hill Neighborhood, with convent coffee shop nearby. A very nice, modern unit, a really comfortable bed, a wonderful kitchen, and so very quiet. Our hosts were very responsive and we enjoy the family atmosphere of the neighborhood.

From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the host takes great pride in maintaining the property. Everything was impeccably clean and well-organized, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. One of the standout aspects of my stay was the respectful and considerate environment. Other guests were quiet and friendly, which contributed to a peaceful atmosphere. I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout my entire visit. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded my expectations in every way. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, it's an ideal choice.

The place has great views on a nice end lot property; super natural light, high ceilings with comfortable beds! Highly recommended.

This place and our stay exceeded our expectations! We really appreciated all the deliberate attention to detail with big necessities and small conveniences. The bathroom in the master bedroom was phenomenal and we loved being able to play music from the fridge! There was also very adequate sleeping accommodations. It was overall a great experience.

The location, the host the proximity to DC all was fantastic. Couldn’t ask for a better host. There were snacks and fruit baskets, waiting for us upon our arrival. He had many recommendations on where to eat and activities locally. Proximity to the DC and all the activities in DC was great. I will forever be grateful for the amazing weekend my wife and I spent at the Dulles Executive Resort. It was love at first sight when we checked in after an overwhelmed 5 hours red eye flight. We needed a secluded place to rest and it was far better than what we had hoped for even beyond a stretch of our imagination. Beside being conveniently located less than 10 minutes away from IAD, the DER offers so many amenities..Our host welcoming attitude left no room for reproach.
