Nice ground floor apartment across the street from the beach and 2 blocks from the state park. Love the outdoors. And Delores and her brother were amazing. Friendly, responsive, and helpful.

We came for a quiet beautiful space to retreat too while visiting family during a very busy time. And being at Esme’s was so amazing … quiet,comfortable, great view Ty !!!

A small place, but a great stay for a couple and their dog ( like us). A feeling of being in the country, but still close to town and attractions.

If you're looking for a private retreat in a gorgeous setting, this is your place. The property is stunning, super walkable grounds, and a gorgeous back patio. S.A. is a super host, and when we ran into an issue, he was quick to respond and help. We recommend this place, and intend to stay again in the future.

My boyfriend and I booked last minute trip! That turned out magical ! The view was priceless, the hot tub was large and had message features, hammock was great. Suite is adorable and very clean. You’re literally on top of a mountain with no neighbors and surrounded by nature. Very private ! We caught an amazing view day and night on a clear sunny day and then a lightning storm in the mist! We missed our farm friends as soon as we left. Accurate listing ! Highly recommend 4wheel drive !

This was our fourth or fifth time staying at the Farm Cottage. It’s our go to spot when we’re in town. Always consistently clean and comfortable and the location is perfect for us. Never had a need that wasn’t met by Irit.

We enjoyed the coziness of the pool house during our Thanksgiving stay. The location was close to our family and friends. It was private and quiet. Alice responded promptly to our questions. We would like to return when the weather is warmer to take advantage of the pool and the outside surroundings. The Goulds

Enjoyed our three night stay at Remy's English Garden Studio. The walk to campus was perfectly pleasant, and an added benefit is the Studio's proximity to off-campus amenities like a number of bakery/cafes, right around the corner. Next time I'm in New Haven, will check to see if English Garden Studio is available.

Gunay’s guest house was a lovely, private oasis! Behind the main house and far enough away to feel like you were in your own world. Clean & comfortable!

The pictures really don’t do it justice , the place is adorable. The kitchen has all new appliances, and it has every amenity you could need for a long or short stay.

Loved our stay and hope to come back in the future! Denise's place is beautifully designed and has lots of thoughtful touches. The house is less than a 10 min drive from Accord and 15 min from New Paltz, so there was a nice balance of nature/privacy with easy access to restaurants and things to see. Denise was very helpful and friendly, and check in was smooth and easy.

This place was pure peace. Waking up to the serene view of the water reflecting the sky was like something out of a dream. The home is beautifully designed, with huge windows that let in natural light and give you front-row seats to the changing skies and soft morning sun. It’s calm, quiet, and surrounded by nature — the perfect space to reset and reflect. Whether you’re enjoying coffee on the deck or just sitting inside watching the reflections dance across the water, every moment here feels intentional. The neighborhood is tranquil, and the air feels fresh and healing. I felt grounded and inspired during my stay. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a soulful escape with beauty at every angle. ✨

We wanted a quiet weekend, and we got a whole lot more. Andrew and Mynor were amazing hosts!! From the complimentary beverages to the assistance with snow removal, their service was incredible. The photos did not do justice to the place; the decor was great, and the place was spotless. We will definitely be back!!

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at Jen’s. The cottage was very clean. Any questions I had about the area were answered quickly.

Our stay at Kelly’s place was fantastic! We stayed here last year and loved it so much, we decided to stay again this year. It was very cozy and we felt right at home. Everything was very clean and Kelly thought of all the little details that made our stay that much more pleasant & relaxing. Her place is a peaceful oasis, very quiet & private and the beach access was our favorite. Kelly was super responsive and allowed us to extend our stay for an extra day so we could enjoy one more day in the area. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here.

We came to Connecticut for a wedding. Alyse's cottage was the perfect base. Area was lovely with nice walks from the property. Looking forward to coming back.

This place was AMAZING!! It felt like stepping back into a time capsule of peace and tranquility. The setting was serene. We loved the green that surrounded us. The house was so comfortable and exactly as pictured. Spacious, clean and very comfortable. All the amenities needed were provided. Having the laundry available was a huge plus. We were able to have the most relaxing family vacation and feel like we were home from day one. Beds are comfy and all furniture is perfect for the home. Absolutely loved the big table for family dinners and games which were a nice touch. Oh, and the fireplace was such a treat on the cool evenings and mornings. I just can’t say enough good things about this place. And Julia is what made it all so wonderful. She was a phenomenal host! She was personal while completely respecting our privacy and extremely quick with communication in such a warm, kind and accommodating way. We truly hope to return again in the future. Thank you Julia!!

Had a great time at Shay and Sam’s luxurious cottage. Every aspect of this place is thoughtfully designed from the decor, lighting and bathroom spa, to the Frette sheets and towels making for an incredibly comfortable stay. The kitchenette is very compact but has just about everything needed, including a dishwasher. A lovely backyard and patio are an added bonus along with a ramp to the property’s entrance. Located in a beautifully manicured and very quiet neighborhood across from the back of Harbor Island Park, the property is about a 25 minute walk from the train station via Mamaroneck Avenue-with its various shops, restaurants (Nonna Carola is not to be missed) a liquor store, and a small Italian market. We were pleasantly surprised to find a Trader Joe’s, bagel shop and the Nautilus diner about 20 minutes walking distance from the property as well. Communication with Sam was easy and very helpful. Would love to come back and definitely recommend a stay here.

Stayed at Scott and Durelle's guest house for my 30th birthday with 10 friends. Booked mostly for the pool to enjoy a hot August weekend, but unfortunately there was a huge tropical storm! We still enjoyed the spacious house, jumping into the pool in the rain, cooking on the grill in a moment of dry weather, and overall had a peaceful and fun weekend despite crazy weather! A testament to this great property - which is beautiful and just as in pictures.

Easy to find, key pad entry, clean. Graham left some fresh eggs from his hens..nice touch. Quiet spot in a natural setting.

Clean, cozy, and affordable spot for a trip to New Haven. Luis and Aby were very responsive and accommodating. Had a great time with our stay and would happily stay here again.

Robin's cottage is a great little place. It is spacious and has a very comforting feeling. The location is ideal as well, it is nestled in the town of Clinton which affords options to visit neighboring towns and experience all CT has to offer.
