The place was exactly as the pictures! It is located in the basement but has plenty of windows and natural lighting! Very easy to find and check in was smooth. Lots of street parking as advertised. And the area was very quiet. I didn’t even hear the other guests in the house.

We loved staying here! Plenty of space for our family of 6, including one little one. It was exactly as pictured and well-stocked with spices in the kitchen and shampoo etc in the bathroom! Beds were super comfy and we loved how close it was to the lake, restaurants, and a playground. Would definitely stay here again!!

I loved this Airbnb. I was in Boston for my nephews graduation. The home was perfect for family. Trang was very accommodating. We had an early check in and it really helped us. I definitely recommend this Airbnb.

This cute cottage was in a fantastic location- a short walk to the shops and restaurants in town. The owners were incredibly gracious and communicative with us through out our stay. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels left out for us. The place was clean and we had everything that we needed. Thank you!

Great stay: - Easy check-in/access — we arrived very late at night and entry was well lit and straightforward - House was cozy with effective and responsive heating (we stayed during cold weather, so this was a big deal) - Clean house, comfy beds, variety of pillows (soft to v hard) - Easy check-out with zero weird instructions/requests - Host super communicative for basic Q&A I’d book again! Great place and host! The ocean, great food, close to Endicott College, quiet and a beautiful area. Johanna was responded to questions and was proactive to leave lights on for us, knowing our flight would get us in late. There were some breakfast items waiting for us too! A nice welcoming touch to our stay!

The house was perfect for my family and I- plenty of open space for the kids to play and a great yard- even in December with cold weather the kids loved the play gym outside!! The location was amazing with lots of things to do within a few minutes and the food scene was great. Thanks to Ned for a spotless home and great amenities!! We can’t wait to come back in the summer to use the pool!!

Amy was very responsive and communicative. The house was clean and maps took us right to the home. It was too early in the season to enjoy the pool but it was pristine and would have been great for hot summer weather. Amy was wonderful with trying to accomodate any requests and we liked the location from easy access to Salem and within a one hour drive to Boston!

We enjoyed our stay so much! Perfect beach stay in the best location! They had everything and we loved the decorations ! We can't wait to visit again!!

I stayed at the Bedford Retreat for 3 months and felt right at home. Beautiful house with everything you need, close to downtown Manchester, close to stores and restaurants. Nice porch and backyard. Mitchell and his family were great hosts! The listing accurately described how to access the room, and it had everything that we needed. Great location right off the interstate - close to the train station, multiple restaurants, and a great halfway point between Boston and Newport, RI! Mitchell was extremely responsive. Couldn’t recommend a better place!

This house is a true gem. The home is cozy and welcoming with lots of puzzles and family games to play. The pool is pristine and was so much fun to use. The beautiful trees and flowers provide nice shade and privacy around the pool while also feeling like you’re inside a pollinator garden. The home is an easy walk to front beach and bearskin neck where we enjoyed good restaurants and shops. Trenton and Cassie are great hosts- very responsive and friendly. We hope to stay here again!

Absolutely loved spending time at the house and local beach! I picked this house to host friends for a birthday weekend on the beach, I’m a foodie so in addition to the excellent location picked this house because of the kitchen. I brought many of my own knives, platters, bowls and Dutch oven for meals but this kitchen was stocked so well I didn’t need to bring anything. There were 6 of us staying at the house and it was the perfect space! Highly recommend visiting Mel’s home 😍

Cute house right off the main road with great proximity to the more private end of the beach. The basin in the back is a nice view as well. We appreciate that this is a dog friendly location complete with dog bowls for use.

We loved our stay here! The place was not only peaceful and quiet, but it also had a huge front yard that was perfect for the kids to run around and play. So it’s super kid-friendly, and my little ones totally fell in love with it. Also the place had everything we - adults needed: spacious kitchen. cozy beds with really comfortable mattress in my opinion! Super close to the beach and downtown Hampton is also a plus. Hoang, the host, was friendly and responsive. Overall, the experience was easy and stress-free. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it!

We absolutely loved our stay. The home is tucked away on a quiet street and was incredibly peaceful. We enjoyed walking around the lake. All the neighbors were really friendly as well. The home itself is really cute and was a great place to call home for the weekend. The surrounding area had some great restaurants and is really close to the American Heritage Museum which is a must to visit if in the area. It was a perfect weekend getaway for us.

This place is an amazing find in a lovely area of Swampscott. Their home is situated right across the street from the water, and it’s less than a five minute walk to many area restaurants and shops. Ryan was very accommodating with a last-minute booking, he sent clear instructions so check-in was easy. His home is beautiful and very spacious - and the listing photos are an exact representation of their home. Ryan was also extremely responsive to any questions, and checked in during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed and even provided recommendations for places to go. I do hope to return for another retreat stay as there were many places to walk and explore and we didn’t cover it all in our time there. This is also very close to Salem/Boston but is tucked away from busy city and everyone in the area was friendly. I highly recommend booking a stay in their home, and I look forward to staying there again in the future.
