Ray’s place was just perfect for our stay! The view is absolutely stunning. The space worked well with two completely separate sleeping spaces and bathrooms. And it was dog friendly. We hope to stay there again.

The house was very clean and spacious. Would absolutely stay again and would suggest to others. Weather didn't allow but the backyard patio area was so nice - I wish we could have used it.

Genuinely even better than anticipated. Place is bigger than it looks, very spacious, clean, all amenities, great location, quick response from hosts. Loved every moment.

We had such a great time at Ashley's place and really appreciated the welcome basket & being able to bring our 2 kitties with us to stay that need meds. (We also loved the neighborhood porch kitty that visited daily.) Thank you SO much, Ashley!

This was my second stay . Now that I have knowledge of the area, I realize how convenient this location is to all routes to surrounding areas I am a solo traveler, and The cottage is cozy and private and secure. The hosts are so gracious and available for any questions. It’s an absolute pleasure to stay here.

My husband, myself and a friend spent the weekend at Nathan's. Moriah is our hometown and we've been gone for 50 yrs. Our stay at Nathan's was great in every way. We will not hesitate to again! The home was clean well stocked and so very peaceful.

We really loved staying at Katie's home. She responded very quickly, and we were allowed to use everything in the house and garage. The house was beautiful and near the lake. It's a quiet place close to nature. The kids loved it.

This was the perfect location! Walking distance to everything! Andy was a wonderful host, and went above and beyond! His house is stocked with everything we could need, and it was SO clean! We look forward to returning!! Thank you for accommodating our fur babies too!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Our stay with Pat could not have been better! She was a gracious, most helpful, and highly responsive host. The house was easy to find and CLEAN. Inside is everything you could possibly need, and then some. All of downtown is easily accessible and within walking distance. Our group included four adults and three teenage kids and were comfortable. We arrived to cookies and a handwritten note. You don't find that type of kindness anymore! We would absolutely return.

The Wilmington house was described very accurately, but had even more to offer than expected. The house itself is large, beautiful, and charming, and is equipped with everything we could have needed. The upstairs is open concept with separate areas to enjoy—the kitchen flows into the dining room, which flows into the living room, and out onto the deck. The bedrooms are downstairs. With five adults, it’s easy to feel crowded in one house, but this was not the case. We were all made to feel comfortable and welcome. The property itself is also very well maintained and gave us the option to spend time outdoors, if wanted—at the fire pit, in the hot tub, or playing with the dogs in the front yard. We were visiting the area to attend an important event, and we were all very happy that the Wilmington house turned out to be such a wonderful place to stay. With all our comings and goings, we only wish we had been able to spend more time there to enjoy all the house has to offer.

There were 4 couples in our group and we had plenty of room to spread out! The location was beautiful with all the snow covered trees. We did use the wood stove insert and it heats the cabin really well! We were certainly not chilled when inside; the floor heat is nice too. Enjoyed the hot tub and the ping pong and foosball in the basement. Unfortunately, the dart board was missing. We cooked dinner all 3 nights and found the kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfy, water pressure and temp were great and the driveway was cleared from ice and snow! I definitely recommend this cabin!

I never actually met or spoke to Micheal but I am sure he is very nice! But I did have communication with Elizabeth the property manager and she was amazing! Very fast response time and kept us up to date on anything we needed to know. VERY HELPFUL Highly recommend!!

Our group had an all-around incredible experience at this house. The location is unbeatable, the property was beautiful and the hosts were very attentive. I hope to stay here again on my next trip to beautiful Lake Placid!

Great communication, flexibility, and responsiveness. Had a small plumbing issue and was resolved within an hour. The house was as described.

The house was excellent and we loved the area. The location is only a few minutes from pretty much everything you can do and the hot tub and fire pit were also great. Would definitely recommend staying here.

I went for a winter trip with my family. The place is really well located. Extremely clean. Had all the amenities that I needed.

We had a large enough group that we had the whole home to ourselves. It was a delightful stay. Very comfortable with a fully stocked kitchen and such comfortable beds. The birds happily fed on the multiple feeders and we easily drove into the driveway during snow season.

Great place! Host was very responsive throughout our stay. The house is close to town where there is a lot to do! Several great restaurants!

Our experience of Philip's place was great. Easy to get to, get in, find the things we needed. Great amenities, shampoos, soaps, snacks, teas, coffee. Heat was on when we arrived, which made it feel that much more welcoming. Was perfect!

Wonderful stay! We enjoyed doing puzzles and exploring the nearby waterfall and lakes. The space was perfect, and we appreciated the opportunity to relax here.
