Located on a farm in the heart of Amish country and amid one of the largest concentrations of antiques in America, we are central to many attractions, yet quaint and secluded enough to provide a relaxing retreat. The Covered Bridge Cottage started out in the 1800’s as a mill office and over the years was converted into a home through several additions. The house has been in our family for close to a century and it was our honor to restore it to a comfortable, energy efficient, durable home.

We are close to a biking/walking trail, Winters Memorial, Green Dragon farmers market, Ephrata Cloisters, local breweries, Weathered Vineyards tasting room, & only 20 minutes to Lancaster. The house has 3 bedrooms, with a yard for kids, and a fire pit complete with a s’more basket to enjoy a family evening. Swallow Cottage Private Suite

While located on a private country spot, we are a walk, bike ride, or short drive to the charming town center of LItitz, Pa. While we welcome well behaved dogs, so long as they are neutered or spayed, we cannot accommodate cats. Please don’t forget to list your dog in your reservation if you are bringing one. Infants are welcome if they are not yet walking. We can provide a pack and play.
