Our stay at Chris’ was magical! The view was amazing and the house was beautiful. The morning sunrise on the water was spectacular ! We loved all the extra space, whether it was to find a private spot to read or a place to gather together for fun and games. The house was comfortable yet elegant. Chris was extremely accommodating for any special requests, and even made the water activities available late in the season. We hope to return again soon!

From the wife : My husband and I stayed here for three nights in Oct 2024, with goals of enjoying the fall foliage and waking up to the sound of lapping waves. Mission accomplished, but with SO MUCH MORE, thanks to this wonderful property. The photos do not do the place justice, in my opinion. The views can’t be beat, and I’ve never experienced a more silent place than on that dock-end, in the middle of the night. I think all the other cabins were occupied, but we only encountered people one time during our visit. Everything was intuitively located for the comfort of the guest (right down to the lighter, kindling and plenty of covered, dry wood at the fire pit). The bed and bedding were very comfortable, the entire place was very clean. We really enjoyed both the fireplace inside and the firepit on the beach. This is our second time at the Ellison Bay house - it was our anniversary weekend and I couldn’t think of a more peaceful, quiet and relaxing place to stay! Made great use of the hot tub and just sitting out by the stove, surrounded by nature. We even cooked one night at the house so were able to enjoy just spending time at the house! Great location - have to check out Tweleve Eleven winery too so you can enjoy a bottle of wine with the house! Would def recommend and stay again - a third time!

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. It was spotless clean with lots of room for large families or groups. Our host was very responsive, flexible and helpful. The location was close to Potawatomi State Park and downtown Sturgeon Bay in a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely be back!

This place was SO peaceful you just cannot be stressed up there!! Kyanna is so thoughtful and extremely proactive about checking in! She is very accommodating! I felt full privacy and the quietness there is gentle on my nervous system. It was impossible for my normal day to day anxiety to even touch me! My dogs just loved it too! The way it's set up, they were able to understand the perimeters of the space naturally. The stars, the ways the trees gently surround the tent, the decor inside, the games available to play, the lovely set up of wood for a fire, the coziest bed ever... I'm just daydreaming of coming back!! Worth it 💯

My wife and I are from Minneapolis and we stayed for three nights as a getaway from the city. Alex was an excellent host in every way— the surroundings were quiet and peaceful, the place itself was absolutely spotless and was decorated with incredible taste and attention to detail (they even provided a bundle of firewood for the fire pit!) We highly recommend this lovely home!

The house was perfect for our group of 6 adults celebrating a milestone birthday. The trails around the 15+ acre property were freshly mowed and made for some beautiful morning walks while sipping a coffee. Shelly went above and beyond to make our stay special. The house is beautiful inside and out and the space is close enough to all the action, yet far enough away from it all to turn the music up, tell those really funny stories, and not worry you'll bother the neighbors. We look forward to staying here again someday!

This was the perfect place for our trip to Fish Creek! It was incredibly clean, and a great location. The host was very clear with all directions and made sure our stay was great!

Definitely a 5 star Airbnb. A beautiful and nicely appointed home in a quiet neighborhood with very comfortable sleeping accommodations. Many amenities including spacious outdoor seating, a driveway with ample parking, a large gas grill and fire pit. our hosts were very friendly and responsive. Will definitely seek out this place first the next time we visit our friends in Sturgeon bay.

Super cute Airbnb. Very welcoming and beds are extra comfortable. Incredibly clean and a lot of extras included. Response was within minutes when we needed wood for the fire pit. Definitely recommend this adorable place to stay.

We really enjoyed Jon’s place. It’s located in a quiet area yet within an easy drive to all the attractions of Door County. The place is very spacious and could easily accommodate 6 people, but had plenty of room for the 4 of us. The beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of towels and other amenities. We appreciated the provided coffee and the coffeemaker, as well as all included kitchen accessories. The grill on the balcony was a great addition as well and we enjoyed cooking dinner on the night of our arrival. Thank you again for a great place to stay!

This place was absolutely stunning! Even though my girlfriend and I came up in the off season, Rob and Suzie still had recommendations on what to do around! The place was beautiful with a wide open concept, spacious but compact kitchen full of anything you needed. Something that really caught my eye was the shower and how it was a walk right in and out almost like a locker room shower but a lot more private. If you’re looking for a place that is in walking distance to all the little shops on Main Street, this Is the perfect place.

A cabin right by a WI state park reminds me of a Bon Iver album. It's the place to be for exploring all Door County has to offer & then relaxing in a cozy cabin. It is so appreciated that the cabin is dog-friendly, it was exactly what my dogs & I were hoping for. Nick & Michelle are beyond wonderful hosts, 10/10 & can't say enough good things about them! Highly recommend.

Exactly as described and expected. Quaint and interesting history behind the home. Cozy and comfortable with a nice, bright, open kitchen. Despite last clean sweep, forgot my iPad and Gregg replied immediately to let us know it was found there and they shipped it back to us. Given the inconvenience of my mistake, really appreciate the help with getting it back to me. Thanks Gregg & Shelli!
