Having the use of a boat was awesome, and the lake was great for fishing. Very good sound proofing between the duplexes. Never heard the neighbors once!

This is the perfect base camp for adventures in the park and a great location to explore the area, from Fishtown in Leelanau to Frankfort in Benzie. This quiet TINY (144sq ft) gem, privately tucked away and yet very accessible, Cabin Unwind, has a seasonal porch, queen sized bed, a few 'kitchen appliances' and GREAT wifi. The HOUSE SHARED bathroom has it's own side entrance, across from the Cabin. There is a SUMMER SHARED porta-potty and proper shower, right close by, as well. WINTER GUESTS, please note...DON'T come down the driveway without PROPER WINTER tires! Leave your car at the turnaround and I'll gladly shuttle you and your gear.

Summer dates opening up mid February! Voted one of the top 85 Airbnbs by Conde Nast Traveler. The Granary is a lovingly restored two bed + one bath cabin located on 12 wooded acres with a secluded Lake Michigan beach nearby. A short drive to town will give you access to restaurants, groceries, breweries and wineries. Dogs are welcome! Please message us to discuss bringing more than 2. Absolutely no cats are allowed. We do not have a TV, but we do have fiber optic high speed internet.

This gorgeous post and beam frame was built from 100-year-old red pine from the Torch Lake area by master log home builders. This home has a beautiful wood fireplace and the floors are hardwood: black locust, cherry, red oak, white oak, and black walnut. The house has radiant heat in the floors to make these floors a pleasure to walk in the winter even without socks!
