We enjoyed our stay. We were in town for a St. Bonaventure graduation. The house had plenty of sleeping space for our guests, as well as hangout space. It was quiet and close to Ellicottville. Would recommend Chris' place if you want a quiet getaway from the slopes or area parks/activities.

Follow Alan’s instructions and you will find the house without a problem. It is so nicely secluded yet right on the main road through town. Used the grill. Love how the tub is tucked in the bathroom to save space and still be usable. The combination of antique fixtures and up to date services was wonderful. Missed having. Washer and dryer but coin laundry was right down the road. They have the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen in a air bnb. Lots of spices, a few staples, dishes. We had a great stay.

We had a great time for a girls getaway weekend at Clarke’s place! The best parts about this house were the close location to downtown EVL, the large, comfy sectional sofa where we spent a lot of time, the stocked kitchen, and the fact that there were 6 bedrooms! The house is more dated and musty than the pictures looked, but it worked for us and Clarke was very responsive to our questions. Also, the price was great for all of the space! Thanks for sharing with us!

Stayed for SBU graduation. Perfect location and great place to stay for the weekend. Close to town, campus and Eville for dinner one night! Aaron’s place was perfect for the family, enough parking, one floor for grandparents and all the amenities we could need. Just wish it was nicer weather to enjoy the back yard and fire pit!

A wonderful base for an EVL long weekend. We were 2 families with 3 kids total. Exceptionally clean everywhere. Well-equipped kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms. Lots of parking with space to turn around. Beds and linens comfy. Literally next door to the grocery store and a very short walk to shops, cafes and restos. 5-10 min drive to Holiday Valley (great for those of us acting as the ski shuttle!!).

The kitchen features modern cabinetry with light-colored doors and a large granite island with seating for two. Stainless steel appliances are visible, including a refrigerator and a microwave. Warm lighting illuminates the space, highlighting the tiled backsplash and wooden floor.

Sally is a fantastic host, very responsive and reasonable. She answered all of my questions and was easy to get in touch with if I needed anything during my stay. The place itself was fantastic, zoned heating/cooling in the sleeping and living areas was fantastic for my guests and I. It was very close to Ellicottville and the resort. The views at night were amazing, the stars were clearly visible, comfy couch and beds. Having dual living areas with two tvs was fantastic as well. I would definitely book with Sally again, 10/10. Thank you for a great time Sally!
