Katie’s place was the perfect place to stay! It was very clean and a great location. We would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved this cabin! Such a homey atmosphere and exactly what we pictured for a ski trip weekend. The cozy vibe is just what we were looking for. This was a perfect distance from the center of town for us, as it was in a private area but <10 minutes to get to the resort at Holiday Valley for skiing. Joe provided clear check in instructions, lots of additional valuable information about the cabin/town, and was very easy to reach with questions. Would definitely stay here again!

The stay was amazing! I am not always easily impressed, however this was a perfect stay that fit my huge family comfortably! The house was as listed, very private, wonderful host with very prompt responses. I would recommend bottled water for brushing teeth as the water texture is…. different. All of the amenities were perfect and the space is UNMATCHED! Thank you again! 5 stars for sure!

I grew up in Randolph so this idyllic part of the world is dear to me. My family had gathered for my 100 year-old mother’s memorial service and Gretchen was the perfect host for our beautiful fall weekend together and her Celebration of Life. Gretchen’s home is a beautiful example of country charm and comfort . . . spacious yet cozy with an inviting front porch for conversation and a beautiful back yard complete with fire pit for evenings when you might want to just sit and relax. Randolph is a great walking town and Gretchen’s home is convenient to everything local. If you’re a golfer Cardinal Hills is a lovely course about a half mile up the road and the charming town of Ellicottville where Holiday Valley Ski Resort is, is a short 30 minute drive through gorgeous western NY countryside. Allegany State Park offers all things outdoors and Chautauqua Institution is as well only a 30 minute drive. If you’re looking for a relaxing get-away with all kinds of options, this is your place!

We had a great time for a girls getaway weekend at Clarke’s place! The best parts about this house were the close location to downtown EVL, the large, comfy sectional sofa where we spent a lot of time, the stocked kitchen, and the fact that there were 6 bedrooms! The house is more dated and musty than the pictures looked, but it worked for us and Clarke was very responsive to our questions. Also, the price was great for all of the space! Thanks for sharing with us!

This Airbnb was spacious and comfortable. It was in a great location so close to town. It was perfect! There is a nice yard and long driveway that is convenient for parking. I stayed in the bedroom with the workspace and I enjoyed using the desk. The bed was comfortable and I liked the ceiling fan as well. The house was so roomy and comfortable. I just wish we could have stayed longer. I would definitely stay here again the next time I come to North East.

Can't say enough good things about Tammy and the experience staying here. Everything was spotless, the process was seamless, and she is extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive to messages. The house is beautifully decorated and the beds are so comfortable. This was our family's second time staying here and we will continue to book her place whenever we are in town!

Lindsey's house was great. Just as described. She answered all of my questions before booking and during our stay. Her instructions were clear and posted so there was no question. The house is in a great location and is easy to find. It's also easy to get in and out of the neighborhood. It worked out perfect for us as we visited our daughter at Mercyhurst University (only 10 minutes from campus). Would definitely rent the house again in the future.

Had an amazing experience staying at Michelle’s place! Every room was very clean, nicely decorated, and felt like home away from home. The backyard was definitely a favorite of mine!

Second time staying in an air bnb in these condos! We love the location and ability to ski in ski out versus driving to the main parking area.

Clean place close to the slopes and about a 10min walk to downtown!

I was a little apprehensive but it turned out to be a great location for visiting my son at SUNY Fredonia. Convenient location and would book again.

We had a great stay during Mardi Gras weekend! The location is unbeatable - right downtown, walkable to all the shops, restaurants and nightlife spots. Warm and cozy space, perfect for two couples, with a fully stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Location was secure, and keypad system worked flawlessly. Also comes with a convenient, safe, dedicated parking space - a big plus as parking is limited downtown. Overall fantastic stay!
