Unit 477 is 1/2 of a Duplex in a peaceful country setting. A perfect place to relax after a long day at work when you are unable to get home. Pets are welcome but we do charge an fee of 150.00 in addition to the normal cleaning fee for each trip when we host your pet. Free access to our laundry area is included. There is free parking in front of the unit at the same level as the unit. No steps.

My fiancé and I traveled back to Delaware for my daughter’s college graduation at UD. It was perfect for our stay and lots of space. Couch is super comfortable. My favorite part was the outdoor area with the TV and fire pit. It was so cozy and nice to relax in the evening watching some shows. It was really nice having a washer and dryer too.

This home is absolutely beautiful and has all the amenities one could want. It was spotless, and so welcoming. We visit the area as a group of 6 seniors usually twice a year. We used to dine out but have found it much more leisurely to eat in. The kitchen is extremely well stocked and there are various eating areas., from the outside patio, the enclosed porch, the dining room, and finally the kitchen island! Several times I reached out to Harriet and either her or her husband Michael responded immediately. We will definitely be returning!

Stayed for our son's UD graduation weekend. Very conveniently located. Very clean and well maintained. Kitchen was well equipped with new appliances. Host was very responsive, and we enjoyed our stay. This was so much better than the Hampton Inn that we usually stayed at in Elkton. Wish we knew about this earlier. Great option for UD families.
