This was an ideal vacation I was looking for. From the location, to the clean interior of the room, the privacy, the peacefulness and quiet. It was 10/10. I enjoyed my time and hope to get them again.

Kenneth’s place is a true gem. Perfect location, amazing surroundings, quiet and safe. The pool area was so serene and inviting, such a lovely little oasis. Kenneth was friendly and available, such a great host. We will definitely return!

Bob and Liz have created the ideal space for the traveling doc! I work the night shift and the unit is very quiet and conducive to sleeping during the day. They were so concerned about providing a quiet space that their regular guests offered to book their stay at another time! I will certainly look to stay anytime I’m in Tampa.

absolutely fantastic unit! very quiet, in a very nice neighborhood, and a quick commute to anywhere i went in tampa. bref and sarah were fantastic hosts. i highly recommend this property to anyone visiting tampa that wants to be close to all the action, without actually be right in all the action. loved it, and would absolutely stay here again!

A lovely setting with a little beach out back on Boca Ciega Bay and just a few minutes walk to Beach Blvd's restaurants, brewery and coffee shops. Would definitely consider returning!

Wir waren eine Nacht dort, Das Gästehaus ist sehr sauber, ein atemberaubender Garten, Relaxen im Liegestuhl & Hängematte, Minigolf, und Fischen. Am Abend waren wir im beheiztem Wirlpool, Kristin hat extra für und aufgeheizt. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft. Ich habe Delfine gesehen, mein Mann konnte vom Dock fischen. Am Morgen bekamen wir ein tolles Frühstück. Alles sehr liebevoll. Es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank

Gloria’s private suite was everything this busy mama needed for a relaxing beach getaway with my kids. She has everything you need to have a great day at the beach including coolers, beach wagon, toys, sunscreen, towels, blankets and more. We loved coming back to the private saltwater pool for a swim after a long day of exploring. The suite felt like a home away from home and Gloria was so accommodating to not only us but my dog who she had filtered water, treats and toys waiting for him when we arrived and also let him hang out with her and her dog while we were at the beach! The location is close to many beautiful parks and beaches. We enjoyed watching the sunset from Sunset Beach close by. Would definitely book here again!

Was super location and perfect for commuting for work. Room was set back, so you didn't hear the traffic. Close to planet fitness which was great.

IF YOU ARE A COUPLE IT DOESNT GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS! THIS WAS AMAZING AND SPACIOUS! The floors have a very luxury feel and the bed was so comfy and clean. WiFi was amazing, location was amazing, and everything about this place and the host was perfect! You are missing out if you don’t book here!

Nice and cozy place, in a quiet neighborhood. Lis and here family were nice, friendly and responsive. Place was exactly as described. Overall, positive experience and would definitively stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay in the West Wing! Description was accurate, room was spacious, bed was comfortable, pool was a great amenity, neighborhood was quiet and the room felt very private and tucked away. Location was only about 10 minutes from the beach and many great restaurants etc. We would stay again

Great place to stay!!!

The very private two (2) bedroom guest suite with one bath & TVs in each room was exactly as shown. Very clean, attractive and comfortable. Similar to interior hotel rooms with no living room but had a hallway, mini kitchen, coffee island and car parking in the garage. Mini fridge located in one bedroom with full size fridge and washer & dryer in garage. Overall, a very good fit for our needs with short 1 mile drive to get on 275 to our visiting destinations. Would rent again.

Elizabeth has a lovely place, the bathroom is large and very clean and nice. The kitchen is small but very well stocked. The bed is very comfortable, I slept great. There are blackout curtains on the windows so it makes falling asleep and staying asleep easy. The whole house has an amazing smell when you walk in. I would highly recommend staying with Elizabeth for your next trip to St Petersburg. MM

Bill is such a kind and communicative host! He responded within ten minutes any time I reached out. The little apartment was sparkling clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need during a stay. The pool was sparkling clean. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in while traveling and I’ve been traveling for work for decades! I will never stay anywhere else while in St. Petersburg unless I can’t get my reservation in with Bill. If there were ten stars, I would rate Bill’s little place a ten! 🥰
