Vacation rentals with a patio in Egg Harbor Township

We loved our three nights at Pat's place. it was very clean and welcoming. The outdoor deck is very large with a lovely view of the marina And there was even a beautiful American flag waving in the Summer breeze. The large deck acts almost as another room for the space. I also loved how many windows there were which allowed for natural light to be plentiful inside. The air conditioning worked beautifully which was wonderful to escape to after hot days in the sun. Every room has a fan so there's just great circulation. There is even an air conditioning vent in the bathroom which helped it clear the steam quickly and not become muggy. The only reason I gave a four for the location is that if you want to get to the beach it's a bit of a hike but we had someone drop off the beachcombers and then go look for parking so it worked out. Overall a wonderful stay. I highly recommend it!

Shelley's little vacation cabin was very comfortable, clean, and cozy. We stayed only one night and didn't get a chance to enjoy the deck and the view, but they looked great! Easy driving distance from Cape May. Definitely recommend.

We were very comfortable and appreciated how open, clean, and easy the space was. Nachman was very easy to communicate with and very welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.

Wendy’s place was amazing! My boyfriend and I stayed here for Memorial Day Weekend and had the best time. Wendy was always responsive and even lent us some supplies we forgot to pack which was super helpful! The house and backyard were beautiful, the view from the patio was to die for, and the fire pit was so nice to have at night. I can’t recommend booking with Wendy enough, we will definitely be back!

I enjoyed my stay here. It looked like the pictures and I would recommend it to anyone in the area.

The most enjoyable and relaxing first-time family vacation, including our pup. Our toddler even walked in and said, “It feels like home!” The place was quaint, clean, & “lovely” —— five-stars for safety, comfort, and true relaxation steps away from the dog park/beach and boardwalk. Thank you to George for the wonderful mini getaway experience, and who was very responsive to questions we had.

I hosted my sister's bachelorette party here for the weekend and we all had a BLAST! Just two blocks from the beach and boardwalk, and with so many beds, this home was the perfect choice. The home was very clean and in my opinion, is better than the photos. We were thrilled about the fire pit but didn't even get to use it because there's so much to do in the area. Daniel was very responsive - I locked myself out of the house and he responded within two minutes. If you have a large group, stay here!

We had a really nice time here. Check in was really easy and pics match the place exactly! It’s super cute. The only thing was we got in at around 2 am and had to make our bed ourselves .. kind of annoying to do when you’re so tired and just want to get into bed. Otherwise it was great :) close to the beach and in a peaceful location.

Perfect for a weekend getaway! The beds were very comfy, the place cozy, garden added a special touch, perfect for hanging out while puppy runs around. House is 5 min walk to a quiet beach, at low tide there were plenty of birds, quite a sight! It’s about a 20 min easy drive to town. Hosts were very accommodating and welcoming!

This is such a great townhome in a quiet neighborhood. I was amazed how private it is while still being located right in the center city near plenty of great restaurants. Having the off-street parking spot was perfect for us. It was so nice to just park there and walk everywhere! The home itself is great - open and very spacious. And the owners are so responsive and friendly! Overall a great place!

We stayed here with our three children for a week while visiting family. It couldn't have been more perfect. Dawn was incredibly helpful and responsive. We felt very much at home there and it had everything we needed. It's a beautiful location too but must be even more lovely in the warmer months.

Great vacation rental! Unit very clean, comfortable, with all the amenities..The backyard had shower and large picnic table with comfortable outdoor furniture, separate private house in a quiet neighborhood , just blocks walking to the beach and stores. We were a multiple generational family and it served all of our needs. Perfect host! Accommodating to dropping off luggage and getting early start to beach, and also when leaving. Will stay again.

The house was absolutely beautiful! We had a great time! The kids loved the game room! The outside deck/patio was huge and super nice! The pool was a bit green, we reached out to Nicole and she responded immediately and went out of her way to help us!

Was a great stay, we were there for a wedding and we needed a toddler friendly place that was close to the venue and had enough to keep the kids occupied. Rachel’s place saved us so much time and space by being already kid friendly and had a crib, along with plenty of toys for the kids to play with. I could write more but it would just be reiterating how it gave us a sense of “being home” and comfort while we were staying.

Michael was a pleasure to work with and very hospitable in every aspect! The condo was clean and as advertised. The view was amazing and those sunsets are worth the price of admission!

We had a lovely time at Nicole’s place. We were a few steps from a lovely beach, about 5mins from the boardwalk and restaurant. She was a great host and helped us finding a place to rent a wheelchair from. All beach worthy accessories and toys were provided. The apartment was clean and comfortable with all required necessities. Kids enjoyed the “wildwoodopoly” and were very happy. I 100% recommend this great find! Great location and an exceptional host.

Great experience the house, the location, the locals, the proximity to AC. The house is very nice and organized. It was clean and very welcoming. Loved the coffee bar. So nice to come in late and have a cup of joe (almost) ready in the morning was priceless. I would definitely come back.

Great place! The bed is tucked away (no view) but the updated interior offers plenty of space and storage( counters) for your gear—far more so than a hotel suite. Did I mention the view from the kitchen, couch, and balcony is priceless? Park your car and forget about it. Walk to body surf, shop local, and dine out then soak in the sunset from the comfort of your room or the aptly appointed dock and deck. I have visited the Island for decades—this place is a genuine gem that offers amenities at a fraction of the price found elsewhere. Thanks for the stay!

Nate’s place was one of the best we have stayed in while in Ocean City. You cannot beat the view from inside or the deck. The home was clean and modern. We loved that there were places we could put our stuff that wasn’t over crowded with beach Knick knacks. We had fun playing games at the large dining table. There was plenty of room for the 7 adults and my dog. The next best thing to the view was that Nate provided all of the things we have lugged from home post-Covid. The sheets were bagged and ready to be put on the beds, and the bath towels were in great condition in the bathrooms and kitchen. We used the beach chairs from the garage and enjoyed hanging out in the deck. My sister and niece even managed to hold a morning yoga session out there. We look forward to visiting again!
