Townhome vacation rentals in East San Gabriel

My wife and I, along with our 2 young adult sons, drove from Canada to spend some time in Pasadena. J's condo was perfect for us. We really felt at home there and enjoyed being in close proximity to our good friends who we were visiting. Being from the country, it was also a treat to be within walking distance to restaurants and some food chains that we don't have in our hometown in Canada. While there, we had the pleasure of meeting J's family. Wonderful people who made us all feel very welcomed. When we return to Pasadena, we hope J's condo will be available as we would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you J and family for being so kind to our family as well as for making our stay in Pasadena so comfortable. We look forward to seeing you again.

Perfect space for our Disneyland vacation (myself, husband, and two adult sons). Spacious, comfortable, and close walk to Downtown Disney! Median between the one-way north and south directions on Walnut Street made it easy to cross and get to Magic Way! Decorations adorable and lots of toys amenities for younger children! Great to be able to enter Disneyland via Monorail and avoid crowds at front entrance! Would definitely stay here again!

We originally planned to stay for a month but my house was not ready to move in, so extended for 2 more weeks. Wilson & Leona are great hosts, very friendly and always responsive. Their place is very quiet, clean and safe in a gated community. Great location, walking distance to an Asian plaza nearby, Pizza Hut, KFC and CVS also available in that plaza. On weekends, you can enjoy shopping at a fair market just outside the Nogales high school, which is just located across the street, not mention Mexican BBQ also available there on weekend nights! Last, lots of Chinese food available nearby and 99 Ranch supermarket just 5 mins drive if you love Chinese cuisine!

We had an amazing stay at this home in Venice! The place was spotless, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect — close to all major attractions. Ms. Vanessa was kind, helpful, and very professional. All instructions were clear, and the house rules were simple and easy to follow. Highly recommend this place to any traveler visiting LA. We’d definitely stay here again!

Our party of 4 stayed at Chip’s place for 2 weeks and couldn’t have been happier. It was immaculate, spacious and had lots of storage with built-in closets in the bedrooms. There was every amenity you could think of. We made some meals in the well-stocked kitchen, and loved walking to Abbott Kinney for restaurants, dessert, coffee and shopping. Street parking was plentiful, and the gym and laundry in the garage were an added bonus. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The beach and Venice boardwalk are nearby, and it’s easy to get to many places in West LA from here. We had a couple of questions for Chip, and he responded within minutes. Chip’s place is hands down one of my favorite Airbnbs.

Fair price for the rental. Walking distance from Downtown Disney and parks (about 20 minutes).

We stayed here after losing our home in the recent LA wildfires, and are very grateful to have found this place. It was a peaceful and comfortable space during a very difficult time. We really loved having a backyard and two beautiful trees out front. Our toddler was very entertained by the sandbox and the pine cones around the house. The neighborhood was great — it’s quiet and family-friendly, with a beautiful park nearby that was perfect for our toddler. Our host Chelsea was very flexible and understanding of our situation — we truly appreciate her willingness to work with us and accommodate our needs. Thank you for hosting us and opening your home when we needed it most.

We went to go visit Disneyland and needed a place to stay that was nearby. The host was responsive and gave clear instructions which was great! Overall it was a nice and clean place to stay at.

David’s place was clean, spacious, and well-appointed. It is a short drive from downtown Los Angeles. The property has four floors, with the master bedroom on the top floor. The gated entrance is located off a main road. Three codes were required to enter the property: the front gate code, the garage code, and the property code. Our mid-sized SUV (Toyota Rav 4) was a tight fit for the garage width-wise, but we didn’t have any issues cautiously backing in. Overall, the property was great value for the space. Instructions were clear. David was responsive.

This place was perfect for family and kids- had all the things needed for a 1.5 and 3.5 year old. They enjoyed the toys and high chairs needed for eating. We loved how homey and cozy it was. Great location and felt private and safe. Great for access to Santa Monica and Venice and LA for good food and beach days. Would definitely stay here again when need to be in area.

This is a beautiful home in a great neighborhood! It was super clean and well appointed. Perfect for a group of friends or family with older kids. Beds were very comfortable. The hosts were proactive, kind and responsive. There was some lively street noise on the weekend evenings, but it always quieted down before we went to sleep. (It’s Hollywood - that’s part of the fun!) Thank you for a great stay! We would love to stay again.

Beautiful place to stay extremely safe and close by everything.

This townhome looks brand new. It is located off of a main street making it convenient to get around and easy for Lyft/uber to find. There is a supermarket to walk to right around the corner.

We had an excellent stay. The place was exactly as described and suited our situation exactly. The place was well appointed and had everything we needed. Well located. Great communication from host. Would highly recommend!

We were so fortunate to have found this lovely townhouse which was in close proximity to our family. It was exactly as described and has a beautiful view of the city during the day and city lights at night. Alfonso and Liz couldn’t have been better hosts! They were so accommodating to our needs and quick to respond to any question we had. I only wish we could have met them in person to give them each a big hug.

We stayed one week in this beautiful and spacious appartment and we would come back any time. The kitchen is very well equipped, everything is crystal clean and the upper terrace is a wonderful place to have a glass of wine in the evening. The Culver City area is very quiet on the one hand on the other side you have a lot of restaurants and two supermarkets just steps away and also the Jackson's Market which provides super delicious food – on weekends you have to try their pizza! Thank you Fawas and Nicholas for your hospitality and for having us.

Great place to stay with girlfriends while in town for Cruel World. Perfectly located between the Burbank airport and Pasadena

Disneyland was our main reason for the stay. I was pleasantly surprised that the walk to Disney was as described! I forgot to time it but I think it was around a 10 minute walk to downtown Disney where you go through security. Even after 16 hours at the park the walk still felt easy. Also close enough you could go back midday if needed but we decided to power through. We had our own stroller but the ones provided were nice, multiple options. Pictures match reality and we loved the Disney theming and kids toys/books. We utilized the kid pool and playground as well, nice extras. Place was clean, well stocked and came with plenty of recommendations. If you’re planning a Disney trip skip the tiny hotel rooms that cost more than this for a similar distance to the park!

Overall the experience was great! Beautiful, spacious kitchen. Comfortable beds and furniture. Cute decor. The host was very easy to work with and responsive.

I took my parents to visit Pasadena and stayed at Vivian’s place. We felt right at home. The townhouse was a little challenging to upstairs and downstairs, so the bedroom on the first floor was a little difficult to use. Other than that, everything was great. Vivian was very responsive and always answered the message quickly and helped answer our questions. The location is excellent, very walkable to many shops and restaurants. It is quiet at night too. Overall we had a good time!

This is the best place we’ve stayed in California, the house is wonderful, the surroundings are picturesque, the infrastructure around is perfect. Kitchen has everything you need, all is extremely clean and cosy. The highest rate, 10 out of 10! I definitely recommend everyone to stay at Sulma’s house, she is an outstanding host and wonderful woman. Thank you so much, we’ll come back for sure. Guests from Europe 🙂
