Monrovia is a lovely walkable city. This airbnb is well appointed, within walking distance of the restaurants, park and shopping. Richard is an amazing host - very caring and responsive.

I wish it were possible to put more than 5 stars because this place exceeded my expectations on so many levels! I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs before, but never been with a host that has gone as above and beyond for their guests as Kim and Van have. They anticipated my needs time and time again, but didn’t have to say a thing as they had everything labeled with helpful notes. I can’t wait to take a trip here again so I can stay at this Airbnb. The environment is so warm and welcoming, that I didn’t feel as though I was an intruding on someone’s home but rather in my home. 100000/10 would stay again and encourage you to stay as well!!

Luis place was amazing ! He was super nice and replied very fast. Felt very safe and well taken care of. Will be returning in the future.

This was such a good find! Super close to the freeway, felt very private and comfortable and Hui was very responsive. Will stay here again if ever back in the area. :)

Thanks for a lovely stay during our son's college graduation. Highland Park is so charming--very friendly neighborhood with lots of character-- and it was just what we needed. We appreciate the extra effort to communicate and be accommodating.

Great place, great hosts, you cannot go wrong with this place. A lot of restaurants around you and if you enjoy the night life there is a lot around the area. Hosts are very friendly and accommodating. Cannot go wrong here.

I had a lovely stay. This was the perfect size for me and had a nice location.

Good value for the price. We were 2 singles and a couple so everyone had their own room. Nice to be able to cook up any food we had / purchased. Keurig available and the coffee is in the tray attached (which we didn’t discover until the last day). Great water pressure in the shower! Nice patio to hang out with our group and parking is on site. Local for what we needed but add extra time if you are headed into LA (as always). Thanks

I absolutely loved my stay at this Airbnb! The large space was perfect for our group, providing plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time together. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, ensuring we all had a great night's sleep. Parking was a breeze, with enough space for two cars without any extra fees, which was a huge plus. One of the standout features for us was that they allowed my small Pomeranian to stay without any additional charge. It made our trip much more enjoyable to have our furry friend with us. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, making it a perfect retreat. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a spacious and pet-friendly accommodation!

Dan’s place is perfectly located in the heart of the city. I didn’t feel like a tourist in a hotel I felt like a resident in an apartment. It was very clean and also had a great view. Dan was very responsive and gave us suggestions on where to park. I would recommend this stay to anyone.

I love staying at one of Anthony’s places. They are Always very clean and fully equipped. The location is very quiet and I feel very safe there. We love staying in this building for its location--so close to all links for public transport, and easy walk to coffee places and restaurants. Brandon was very responsive to our questions. All the basics are topnotch--good hot water, comfortable mattress, great HVAC, etc. The kitchen has basic cooking stuff. Be aware that it is on the third floor and on weekday mornings the garbage truck comes early to the alley just outside the window; it wasn't a problem for us but if you need to sleep late, keep that mind. We would definitely come back on a future visit!

Our stay was phenomenal! The pictures do not do the Airbnb justice - such a beautiful view of the LA skyline and full of natural light. Check in was very easy and the security guard in the building was also very accommodating and helped us with parking instructions provided to us by hosts. The included parking spot was such a perk and reduced so much stress about overnight parking! Amenities such as rooftop pool elevated our experience, and the proximity to many restaurants and night life were appreciated. Place was very clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in the city!

Amber accepted our last minute reservation after our original reservation from another host was canceled an hour before we were to check in for 4 days! We were super grateful!

This was one of the best AirBnb's I have stayed at. Jan was friendly and left several extra ammenities inside the home. The location was in a safe and walkable location. The outside seating areas were inviting and relaxing. My stay was very enjoyable and I will be returning when I am in the area again.

We LOVED staying at Wendy’s place. It was exactly how it look in the picture but even better. I love that it had a gated parking lot with a designated parking and the neighborhood was safe. It was easy to get in and out. I would definitely book Wendy’s place again! Communication was amazing too!

Place is as described and photos. The view at night is amazing!! Holly was very responsive and helpful. I loved the decor and the simplicity of the space. Building is very safe and secure despite being downtown. I would definitely stay here again!
