Kid-friendly vacation rentals in East Nashville

This was the most charming place in a lovely neighborhood. The hosts were wonderful communicators and very helpful. We had a great stay and would stay again!

Molly was very responsive, and we were quite comfortable! We had three kids under 7 in our group, and they thoroughly enjoyed the toys and the backyard. The location was great, easy access to downtown, the farmer’s market and parks. Beds were comfortable and plenty of street parking. We had a great stay!

Excellent stay. House was immaculate and very well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet. The driveway could hold 5 cars plus street parking. Great location with easy walks to Vanderbilt University or Hospital. Hosts responded immediately to any question or request.

Place was perfect for a large group. We had a great time and Nina/Lynn was so responsive and proactive to make sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely come back next time we're in town.

Kevin was a great host and made sure check in went smoothly. The home was as pictured, clean and plenty of space. Close to downtown, a grocery store less than 2 miles away and a convenience store within walking distance. Overall a great stay!

We loved staying at Katie’s place and hope we get a chance to stay there again! Great, walkable location in East Nashville with easy access to downtown - the home itself is spacious and nice with a beautiful backyard, good WiFi, and a comfortable bed. 10/10

Had a great stay at Dango’s house! While this was just a quick overnight stay on the way home from another trip, this home was exactly what we needed to rest after a long day! The house was very clean and all the rooms had what we needed, with little details like extra plug ins near the bedside lamp to cool glasses in the kitchen. Dango was quick to respond to any messages and we were greeted with a welcome message on the day of arrival that clearly outlined our checkin process! I would highly recommend staying here!

My mom, toddler, and I loved our stay at Mark’s place on Music Row! The first thing my 2.5 y/o son noticed was the bocce ball and putting greens out front which he absolutely loved! The first thing my mom and I noticed was the beautiful, walkable, and peaceful neighborhood the apartment was located in; just a stones throw from the lovely Vanderbilt campus and a quick car ride to Broadway. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable with plenty of space for the three of us. Mark was a friendly and responsive host and we will certainly spread the word about this lovely AirBnB to any family or friends who intend to visit Nashville :)

I was very happy with my stay here. The building was great and in a great location in reference to my work stay for the convention center. Renee’s apartment was one of the more well equipped Airbnb’s that I have ever stayed at and everything was clean and in great condition. I enjoyed having the balcony to sit out on and relax and it was quiet in after hours times. I would highly recommend staying here if you are coming to Nashville!

We just got home from 4 nights in Nashville where we stayed at Randy and Diane’s. The home was very clean, looked like the pictures, and was equipped with everything you need. The hosts were very friendly, flexible, and easy to reach. The airbnb is about a 20-25 minute walk to broadway and 7 minute drive. Restaurants and coffee shops are very close by as well. If I were to visit Nashville again, I would book here!

Julie's place is a very cool place to stay - you enter in the rear of the house and feel like you are in the middle of a forest. The kitchen has everything including a stove, dishwasher and wine cooler. We were greeted by music from the JBL speaker which is bluetooth so we could connect and access our fave tunes. Nice hot shower with great water pressure. The beds were really comfy. We were just a few minutes from Charlotte Ave. and White Bridge Pike - so convenient. We loved it and think any guest will too.

Our stay (couple in mid 60's) at Christy's place was great! The place was exactly as the photos shown, and it was very clean. With all the kitchen dishes/appliances and washer/dryer, it made our 3-week stay feel like we were right at home. It was easy to walk to wonderful local restaurants and very close to Shelby Bottoms park for long walks and bike rides. It is close to downtown Nashville, yet in a quiet and great neighborhood. Christy was quick to respond when we had questions. We would stay at Christy's place again and will recommend it to others.

Lizbeth is an AMAZING host. She was so easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. Be aware that Antioch is not particularly close to Nashville proper, the pool and hot tub are in a shared space, and you can hear EVERYTHING upstairs while in the unit. Over all would highly recommend the stay if you just want a cozy, homey stay with some amazing hosts. I couldn’t recommend Lizbeth enough just the space was 3.5/4 stars but the host was easily 5 stars

Look no further! We spent the weekend in Nashville and this place was so perfect. A perfect location (walkable to places in the neighborhood) and inexpensive Ubers to downtown. We actually walked home from Broadway one day. The place is so tastefully decorated and so comfortable. I can see why some reviewers return multiple times. We will, too! Tim and Melinda were flexible and always quick to respond. We loved the place!

Wendy’s place was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for our quick trip to Nashville. The house is in a quiet neighborhood a 15 minute drive from the city. The apartment itself is in the basement of Wendy’s house, so we could hear footsteps from upstairs in the morning but besides that everything was quiet and comfortable. Would recommend.

Such a lovely place to stay in Nashville, the location was great only a mile from Broadway (15/20 min walk). The air BnB was clean and well kitted out. We struggled locking the door but the hosts responded quickly and we sorted it out really quickly! Germantown has some lovely coffee places a short walk away and it’s a quieter place if you want to step away from downtown. Would stay again!!

Great location - quiet and safe! Enjoyed seeing early in the morning groundhogs, rabbit, and birds.

I think one of the best things you can say about an Airbnb rental is that when you stayed there, you never needed to contact the host with issues or complaints. Liz's condo was exactly as described. Very comfortable, roomy for our party of four and a pleasant walk to the Nashville strip where we spent most of our time. The small balcony overlooking the Cumberland was a great place to relax and recharge. Even though we needed for nothing during our stay, Liz reminded us that she was ready to assist at any time. I heartily recommend this rental.

Great place to stay at! Place was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Be mindful of noise, you can hear everything through the walls.

Ronald’s place was wonderful! It was at the quiet end of the complex, with a nice balcony view of the river. The pool was right there and looked awesome! The grill is also on the same end. Ronald had everything we needed and the place was very clean and comfortable! The place is walkable, but has a long drive to get to the road. Once construction is complete across the street, you should be able to hop right on the Greenway trail. (This us an easy way to get to downtown.) It is very close to the baseball stadium and right within Germantown. We loved it here and will be back when we return to Nashville!

Great communication with hosts. Lots of fine walkable restaurants in the area. Downtown is accessible by public transportation.

Great stay! Great view. Clean, the beds were amazing. Patsy's instructions were so well laid out, we didn't need any other help from her, but I'm confident she would have been there to talk us through any issues we might have had. Thanks for a great vacation! We now love Nashville!
