Sam's place exceeded our expectations! The view was marvelous, and the house was beautifully decorated with a wonderful collection of books we truly enjoyed. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the room was super clean. We had a great time during our two-day stay. The small town offered so much to explore, and the nearby seafood market was a delightful surprise. we had fresh lobster at a very reasonable price. We highly recommend Sam's place for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this charming home. The location truly is perfect - we walked over to the Seaport one day and took many walks into the downtown area for shopping, meals at amazingly good restaurants, ice cream, and bake shops. Anthony and Kelly were wonderful hosts - the home was just as described and their communication was clear and friendly- just what you want from hosts. We couldn't have asked for more and would be happy to stay here again.

Really impressed with the attentiveness of the staff. My only callout is expect to be surrounded by other guests, especially at the communal spaces outside – table, grill, etc. We overlapped with two different friend groups staying in a few of the properties, but everyone was really respectful and quiet. Just close quarters!

Bright upstairs apartment with charm. It is actually bigger than it appears in the pictures. It was very clean in a very quaint and quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was fully stocked. It was very convenient to reach the desired Hampton neighborhoods. The exterior could use a power wash, but perhaps this is because we are just coming out of bad weather. One thing was missing, but KC responded immediately and had the item delivered. Communication was easy and relaxed. Thank you KC. We would stay here again.

Solid stay. Very clean and as pictured/described. Seemed newly renovated. Steps from the beach. Hope to stay here again next year.

Nice little and cozy room. a bit small with just 1 bathroom, but otherwise in great condition and Bob has been an awesome host.

Fran’s place in Mystic was a great comfortable stay. The place was immaculate when we arrived with a very helpful guide available in the place and the surrounding area. The location was conveniently located to downtown Mystic but also easy to reach without fighting the tourist traffic if needed. I would highly recommend this place for a family and we will likely stay with Fran again.

So glad I found this spot for a quick trip to visit family. Could walk to everything, bed was comfy, loved it. The design of the space was great, the bathroom shower was great. The furnishings and design were fabulous .

Jim’s place was great, with plenty to see in the area. We ended up spending most of the time enjoying the little beach and kayaks. Very cute house with plenty of room and we’ll stocked kitchen. The grill made for a perfect Labor Day cookout looking out at the water. Would stay again.

My family had a wonderful time at Robert’s home. The house was clean and cozy and the view of the water was peaceful. He was super communicative and friendly and check in/out was a breeze. The house is in a great area and super close to East Hampton, Amagansett, and Montauk. Highly recommend!

Perfect location and accommodations for extended family to stay for a college graduation weekend! Clean, spacious and well appointed. Nice views and enjoyed using the kayaks on the bay. Garon’s responsiveness and communication were excellent.

We really enjoyed meeting Steve and getting his recommendations for things to do. Everything is very well thought out and planned for your comfort. Steve is easy to work with and very responsive. The view and interior design make it a soothing and relaxing environment. We enjoyed the proximity to The Hamptons and made it all the way to the Montauk lighthouse taking the old highway as he suggested. Gorgeous! We had really good takeout from JCs when we wanted to eat in and just enjoy the peacefulness of it all. One of our favorite trips!

This is a beautiful peaceful location with a larger master bedroom and great bathrooms. The downstairs has a living room and kitchen so it's private -- like that it's separate from bathrooms. We have ZERO complaints and will highly recommend if anyone near Mystic. PERFECT spot for visiting the area and/or students at Conn College

The house was very clean, with a beautiful, large, well stocked kitchen. The view was lovely and it was wonderful hanging out on the deck. The beds were very comfortable. The house would be a little more practical if one of the bedrooms had two beds, so more people could sleep in the actual bedrooms. The pull out beds were not as comfortable and the bed in the loft is only accessible with a ladder. However, for a small group or people who aren’t picky about their sleeping arrangements it is a fantastic place to stay. You can’t beat the view and proximity to the water!

Absolutely stunning! This house has an amazing view from gigantic glass doors in the main room. Details in the house are well thought out and of great quality, including a high end coffee maker and other appliances. The place has lots of premium touches that make this experience a cut above the rest. Steven is an amazing, friendly, and communicative host. Incredible experience all around, I would definitely book here again.

We had the pleasure of staying at Alan's place over Labor Day weekend and it did not disappoint. It was a beautiful setting right across from the water with a dock and walking distance to the town beach , where there are also walking paths along the water. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting out on the expansive front porch watching the birds and fishermen. We rented kayaks from the place around the corner. The house is very charming. There are many nooks and crannies to sit and relax and to enjoy the outdoor scenery. There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and have their own space. The beds were comfortable with two bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs. You can access the house from the back where it is only one step in and you are on the main level of the home which is really upstairs. The kitchen is more than adequate with upgraded appliances. Alan was a perfect host/ always available to answer any questions. We will definitely be back!

Picture perfect! Newly updated accommodations with all the comforts of home. Extremely clean and very well managed. The view from this place is incredible. The perfect oasis in Montauk. Khrisna was extremely responsive and accommodating in our needs. Will definitely be back again!

John and Cathy are amazing hosts. This was our second consecutive summer stay in their condo and it does not disappoint. The place and the amenities they provide are amazing and they are a wonderful couple who respects your privacy but are there for anything you need. I recommend anyone to stay here and know they would want to return. Thank you John and Cathy for making our second summer with you a fantastic vacation!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Cliffside for our wedding weekend! Alice was very flexible with us, which we appreciated because getting married is chaotic enough LOL. Would highly recommend staying here. The unit was spotless and had a wonderful view. We could not have asked for a better stay!

My girlfriend and I attended a wedding in montauk for the weekend and Doug was easily the best host I have personally had while using Airbnb at any location. The condo was beautiful and Doug contacted me the day of our arrival to let me know how to find the condo while personally walking me through any questions we had. Not only was he responsive the entire trip he also made himself available for any suggestions and recommendations of places to visit while in Montauk. For anybody looking for a great experience, I recommend Doug highly as we hope to be visiting again soon!

Mia’s place is excellent. Exactly what the listing describes and more — Mia is a great host and super attentive despite us being a last minute booking, she even helped us through a tough time late in the day when I thought my daughter’s stuffie had been picked up by the maid service. Above and beyond!

We really enjoyed staying at Lynn’s place! Very clean and had a great view of the ocean from the deck. Lynn was very responsive and made the experience seamless. We would definitely stay with Lynn again.

Tara’s place was a perfect for a weekend getaway! Close enough to town and great view of the sunset!

Our second time renting a condo at Rough Riders in Montauk. Contrary to the name, there is nothing rough about this picturesque location with unobstructed views of the ocean, pier and wonderful wildlife everywhere. The condo we rented Sept 30 -Oct 2, 2023 has a well appointed kitchen with new amenities, including a pot filler faucet over the stove! Pristine/clean condo and lovely deck for lounging w/ book and coffee. The couch is very comfortable and the master bedroom has plenty of closet and bureau space for longer stays. The 2nd bedroom has bunkbeds so not ideal for two couples but perfect for small families. The television was a little tricky (if you bring tv-loving kids). Not walkable to downtown but theres at least one restaurant/bar just outside the entry to this gated community. Short drive to shops/restaurants in downtown Montauk. Horse lovers call Deep Hollow Ranch in advance to book truly memorable trail rides. Enjoy!!
