A great house tucked in the back of the neighborhood. We enjoyed it so much that the week flew by. The house was well appointed, clean and easy to settle into. There are alot of stairs but it was fine overall. Any issues, Kees responded to promptly. We actually had no big issues but they checked in frequent enough. The community is pet friendly and I did like the location. I strongly recommend this property.

Beautiful house and a wonderful stay for a few nights with some friends! Walkable to the beach, the sound, and a few shops. Really nice hot tub and hosts were extremely responsive.

Place was comfortable and host was extremely responsive. Plenty of space for my husband, myself, and our two kids. We didn't find ourselves in need of anything. Neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed the pool and nearby beach. Laundry room was a big plus. Definitely recommend a stay here! Thanks Michelle!!

A minute walk to the beach. Spacious colorful and clean place. Highly recommend for 7 people. The pool and hot tub for the community were never crowded and so clean. The community club room and surrounding space was awesome. Loved this place!

This is a great house right in Kitty Hawk. Convenient to everything OBX. The pool is fantastic for any age kids. It was a highlight of our trip. We usually began or ended our beach days at the pool. It’s open until 9 PM! The house was clean and comfortable. Everything was in working order. It was tastefully furnished and fully stocked kitchen

This is our second time staying at the Beacon Villas. We love the location because it allows us to easily access the beach and all the amenities that Corolla Light Resort has to offer. The condo is the perfect size for our family - plenty of space and privacy when needed. It was very clean and looked exactly as described. When we return to Corolla, Beacon Villas will be first on our list of places to stay.

Beautiful views of the ocean. Easy access to the beach, close to restaurants. The kitchen had all the essentials. Very comfortable space. We enjoyed our stay.

Dana’s place was beautiful, super clean and in a quiet neighborhood despite being around the corner from grade schools. Lots of paved areas to walk easily which we loved, and a three minute drive to public beach access. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of amenities for meal prep and cooking. Paper products were well stocked for all 3 1/2 bathrooms, and very clean. Everything was easy to find, easy access, and Dana is very communicative and accommodating! The Aquamarine and Dana is highly recommended, we loved our stay!

This house is amazing— it has a perfect layout. Other than the construction going on, I have no reason to not highly recommend booking your stay at Breeze on Inn!

Our party off six enjoyed a week at this lovely beachfront condo. It was well stocked, and most importantly, it was very clean and inviting. Jeff was a responsive host, attending to all concerns quickly and effectively. We would love to return!

Eric was a great host. The unit was brand new and was nicely furnished. Location was great, across the street from the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. We were very happy here.

The townhouse was perfect for our vacation. It was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The kitchen had everything we needed and the balconies were great to enjoy coffee and a book! There are lots of restaurants close by and it is centrally located to explore the Outer Banks. The beach is just a short walk and it's easy to go back and forth. We had a great time!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Egrets Walk! My husband and I were there on an extended weekend visit and we were very impressed with the home's cleanliness and tasteful coastal decor. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were so clean. We were able to catch several egrets in the marsh below our living room window. Such peaceful surroundings with plenty of activities for couples as well as families. My husband was working remotely and was able to utilize the office space. Liz was very prompt in response to any of our questions and made our check in process very easy. We will definitely return to this property in the future!

This place was amazing! It is the prefect beach getaway. This place was decorated beautifully and a lot of care has been put into this place. I went for my honeymoon and it could not have been any better. Also the host is amazing and is very responsive! We really enjoyed our stay.

Lisa’s home accounted for every detail and we felt really at home during our stay. The house was beautifully decorated and provided our family with plenty of things to do including a whole stack of new books to enjoy during our time at the house, bikes to ride around the community and a really cool wall-mounted Pac-Man game. We were there in the offseason but got to enjoy Corolla Light’s perks like an indoor swimming pool and a quick walk to enjoy the beach off Shad Street. The house included beach towels and all linens and bath towels which made our stay very convenient. Lisa made sure our first time in the OBX was a good one - thank you!

Super understanding, flexible, communicative host! I stayed here for four nights with a group of friends and even though many houses don't let younger people/non families rent, Jeff went out on a limb to let us stay (for a great price as well). Everything was impressively clean and well kept. Well-stocked kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, etc). Dishwasher worked well, dish sponge and soap were provided, towels were clean, washing machine worked well. Thanks for letting us stay here, and I would definitely recommend the Sun Setter for anybody looking for a great place to stay.

Jacqueline's house is wonderful. The space is as described (clean, bright, and beautiful), and the short walk through the dunes to the sound behind the property was stunning. The house also had a drip coffee maker which was a huge plus for us as many Airbnbs advertise a coffee maker but it's a Keurig. Jacqueline was also extremely responsive to my inquiries and questions throughout the trip, including when we lost internet during Helene. There wasn't much within walking distance as the house is nestled back in a lot of private land, but all that we wanted to do was a short drive away. I highly recommend staying here for a pleasant weekend in the Outer Banks.

We needed a last minute rental after our first spot fell through & we were already in Corolla. Jennifer was amazing and quick to respond to our request to rent her place. Despite the same day rental & check-in, the house was clean & ready for visitors. Jennifer knew of our previous rental situation and that we had 2 children with us and even offered earlier check-in if we needed it. The welcome info had great restaurant recommendations and other helpful info. She was always quick to respond to any questions. The location is great and the hot tub was nice to relax in at the end of the day. We would definitely rent this spot again!

We absolutely loved the place, it was close to the city has a lot of good stores (Target,walmart,Publix) and best of all easy access to beach. The host is amazing, Gia is very responsive and provided clear instructions on our stay. Hands down, we are definitely coming back to the same place for our next visit.

Caroline was an amazing host. She was quick to respond to any questions we had leading up to our stay as well as during. Beautiful home with an ocean view. Literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. Which is something I did almost every morning to see the amazing sunrises. Close to some great restaurants. Barefoot Bernie's and Hurricane Moe's to name a few. Also close to the Sand Dunes which is a must stop on anyone's trip to watch the sunset. So many other things to do and see to list. My family and I had an amazing time and are already talking about coming back next year.

My husband and I so enjoyed our trip to the Outer Banks. It was “Just Wright”. The place is easy to get to, in a great location, and just as pictured.
