Great baseball tourney HQ! We had a group of 8 staying here for a youth baseball tournament and the location couldn't be better...we could walk to two of the Dyersville game sites (Commercial and Candy Cane) and Field of Dreams was a short seven-minute drive away. Matt was engaged and responsive throughout the process. He was upfront with us that we were his first guests and actively sought our feedback for any improvements that could be made. The house is large and clean and had plenty of space for the eight of us plus our family pup. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels were supplied and Matt left a whole table full of snacks, local restaurant menus and other area recommendations. The home is not fancy (interior is a bit dated) but everything was clean, functional and the location cannot be beat.

Great location for staying when attending a family event nearby. So much space inside the house. People who went to bed early were not bothered by the activities of those who burned the midnight oil. Highly r.ecommend this property for a group.

Stacy's place was great. We visited for an alumni weekend at UD. It was close to campus and very walkable to everything downtown. We will look to stay here again next year.

This is a great space for solo travel or for a family. Beautiful and cozy, the space really makes you feel like you are at home and has a lot of amenities to offer. Great location and wonderful price. Kylie was very communicative in sending house rules, check-in info, and things to do before we departed. Highly recommend!

This is a cute little house in a nice neighborhood not too far from downtown. The decor was great and seemed like a lot of it was original to the house (or at least original to the house in the 70s) which made it a little funky (the stove needed lighting with a lighter, for instance) but just added to the charm. It was cozy, comfortable and had everything we needed! If anyone else is worried by the earlier commenter who mentioned it needed a coffee maker: they have one! It's just in the cupboard. We had a great stay!

Very nice and comfortable place with many amenities! Great location near restaurants and grocery stores. We were there for a Loras College graduation and it was a short distance to the college.

We had a wonderful stay at the Cozy Cabin! Jim was extremely friendly and helpful. The property was beautiful and we enjoyed our time out on the water. Would love to return for another peaceful getaway in the future.

We like the area, had no issues with the house, Dubuque and Galena are close by. Dog likes watching ducks and geese. Good place to stay!!

Rylea’s home is exactly what we look for in an Airbnb. This place is perfect size, conveniently located in a walkable and beautiful neighborhood that gives you quick access to main roads and attractions around the city. The yard was a great size for visiting and the fence was secure enough for both our 10lb and 50lb dogs. The central AC kept the place cool, and while creaky the historic parts of the home were still intact. Beds were all comfortable, towels and linens were in great condition. The grass was a bit long while we were there and the side yard light made coming back in the dark/late night dog potty breaks a little adventurous.

Everything was top notch and exactly as listed. Excellent place!!

Great rental! Easy walking distance to coffee shops, cafes, lots of things. Our family of 4 stayed and it was plenty of space, probably more than we needed. Great hot tub and everything was exactly as described. We would stay again!

My family and I needed a place to stay while in town house hunting. This listing certainly did suffice. The home is beautiful and spacious. The beds were very comfy, we also loved that there was a big screen TV's in every room. Plenty of towels and linens. The hot tub was a plus that was definitely enjoyed. I requested a late check out and Spencer was very understanding. He even helped carry luggage. The Finley Place is worth every penny. I would recommend it and would surely stay again.

We were in town for my nephew’s graduation and this was perfect for our family from out of town! The kids loved the arcade and the location was very convenient! Our only (tiny) recommendation is to get a new rug in the main bathroom because it’s too thick/big for the door to open/shut easily.

Stay was great. We were able to host a bonfire for our graduate and have plenty of space for everyone to catch up. Beautiful yard. Well taken care of home for us out of towners. Spencer was quick with responses (better than I was!) and delivered what we needed timely. I highly recommend. Location was close to anything as well!
