Great baseball tourney HQ! We had a group of 8 staying here for a youth baseball tournament and the location couldn't be better...we could walk to two of the Dyersville game sites (Commercial and Candy Cane) and Field of Dreams was a short seven-minute drive away. Matt was engaged and responsive throughout the process. He was upfront with us that we were his first guests and actively sought our feedback for any improvements that could be made. The house is large and clean and had plenty of space for the eight of us plus our family pup. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels were supplied and Matt left a whole table full of snacks, local restaurant menus and other area recommendations. The home is not fancy (interior is a bit dated) but everything was clean, functional and the location cannot be beat.

Stacy's place was great. We visited for an alumni weekend at UD. It was close to campus and very walkable to everything downtown. We will look to stay here again next year.

Meg is a great host and we enjoyed staying there. She is really great at responding and very helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Sherri is very responsive. The house was roomy, beautifully maintained w wonderful interior decoration. There is a sunroom, perfect for visiting and coffee. Sherri provided everything you could think of, gorgeous fresh flowers and plants throughout the house, snacks, water, everything you need. It was a great location for the wedding we attended, 5-8 minutes to downtown. We had time between the wedding and reception and it was a perfect place for the family to go. There was outdoor seating and lots of room inside. Our 2 yr old granddaughter loved the room with a trundle bed and pink flower pillows. We are not used to traffic, so there was a bit more than expected. If you live in town (we do not), you probably would not notice it . We would stay there again, very nice place , first-class host.

This is a cute little house in a nice neighborhood not too far from downtown. The decor was great and seemed like a lot of it was original to the house (or at least original to the house in the 70s) which made it a little funky (the stove needed lighting with a lighter, for instance) but just added to the charm. It was cozy, comfortable and had everything we needed! If anyone else is worried by the earlier commenter who mentioned it needed a coffee maker: they have one! It's just in the cupboard. We had a great stay!

Very nice and comfortable place with many amenities! Great location near restaurants and grocery stores. We were there for a Loras College graduation and it was a short distance to the college.

Very clean and cute home. Beds were comfortable nice soft bed sheets. They did a great job making it homey. I think it took longer than expected when it came to communication but I would stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Cozy Cabin! Jim was extremely friendly and helpful. The property was beautiful and we enjoyed our time out on the water. Would love to return for another peaceful getaway in the future.

Keisha was an absolutely excellent host. Everything that you need is provided and the location honestly couldn't be better, between 1-4 blocks of a walk there are multiple restaurants, a convenience store, a dollar store, a walgreens and a 24 hour laundromat. I definitely recommend this airbnb and I will stay with Keisha again.

I really can't say enough. This place truly makes you feel at home. Beautifully decorated, thoughtfully furnished. Great for people with pets, fenced-in front and back yard, the room in the back was a wonderful workspace. I loved the kitchen as well, fully stocked with nice clean implements. Dining room and entire place was decorated so cool. Donna was a great helpful and responsive host. All airbnb hosts should model after Donna's example. Loved the guidebook for when we first stayed there, really spells things out for people on extended stays. By the front door there are all kinds of brochures for local attractions and activities. She even leaves Betty Jane candies for check in (local chocolate delicacy) And the neighbors are super cool too. The wifi went out one weekend, and before I could even message Donna, one of them knocked on the door to let me know they were resetting the modem. This property will be my first stop any time I return to Dubuque. Thank you so much Donna!

A delightful retreat. A frames have a special charm and this one definitely stands above the rest. Excellent views & easy to operate gas stove made for cozy couch and reading time. This felt like a well loved home instead of a stale guest residence run by a rental agency, which always makes the experience more personalized. Kent was very communicative and provided plenty of detail about the space and its quirks. Would return again.

The apartment was very cute and cozy. It’s close to everything you’d want to do while in Dubuque. Kelly was very helpful and responsive.

Nice well appointed upstairs apartment. All the fixtures are new and well done. No kitchen, but we didn’t need one.

The house was nice and clean when we arrived! The bed was super comfortable and the adjustable bed was awesome! The hot tub is the best Airbnb hot tub I’ve been in! The house had everything we needed for a two night stay from towels, pillows, blankets and kitchen utensils. Nice quality of utensils to use. Luke and Maria were great hosts. They were super communicative and very prompt on any questions we had! Maria even got us in for a last minute painting class and it was everything and more than what we could ask for. We definitely will be back!!!!!

Great rental! Easy walking distance to coffee shops, cafes, lots of things. Our family of 4 stayed and it was plenty of space, probably more than we needed. Great hot tub and everything was exactly as described. We would stay again!

My family and I needed a place to stay while in town house hunting. This listing certainly did suffice. The home is beautiful and spacious. The beds were very comfy, we also loved that there was a big screen TV's in every room. Plenty of towels and linens. The hot tub was a plus that was definitely enjoyed. I requested a late check out and Spencer was very understanding. He even helped carry luggage. The Finley Place is worth every penny. I would recommend it and would surely stay again.

We were in town for my nephew’s graduation and this was perfect for our family from out of town! The kids loved the arcade and the location was very convenient! Our only (tiny) recommendation is to get a new rug in the main bathroom because it’s too thick/big for the door to open/shut easily.
