Vacation rentals with a patio in Downtown, San Antonio

This was our second stay at Laura's and we look forward to returning again in August. This apartment is extremely clean, has comfortable beds and couch, a great TV for movie nights, and is super convenient to Trinity University. The neighborhood is also very safe. Lara is an exceptional host - super responsive and helpful. We had a mishap on our last day and broke something. I felt so bad but Lara was so kind professional. Just one more reason this is our go-to place when we visit our kids in San Antonio!

Nice and clean place. Good location. I wish the rooms had blackout curtains because it gets very bright in the morning, but everything else was good and as the description stated. Evelyn was very responsive and when we reported having a plumbing issue in the Airbnb, she fixed it that same day. Thanks, Evelyn!

Leonard was very helpful, informative, and kept in communication throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this location to anyone that is looking for a room to stay in. Rather you’re visiting the area on vacation or you need a break from daily routine and simply choose to have a fun night out in downtown San Antonio this is the place to go!!

We had a fantastic stay! Hands down the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! Safety is a top priority for me, and Jaclyn’s place exceeded expectations. The location is in a gated community, and building access is secure, which gave us great peace of mind. The apartment was quiet, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. I booked it because I had an early meeting the next day, and my spouse and I both slept so well. It’s also in a great spot, just a short drive from Six Flags and the River Walk. I only wish we had more time to explore. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you so much, Jaclyn!

Perfect for our needs. The location couldn't be better for access to the National Shooting Complex. Safe, secure and quiet. Would easily stay again.

We loved our stay! The atmosphere was amazing! Extremely cute, cozy, and so relaxing. Everything about the space made us feel right at home, and it was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy our weekend in San Antonio. You can tell that a lot of thought and care went into every detail of the home. It’s perfect for a couple traveling or a single traveler. We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to come back again. Highly recommend. Thank you for the amazing hospitality!

Our little family had a wonderful stay! The house was VERY clean and spacious, there are high ceilings you can’t quite see in photos that make it so nice and open. The kids had toys to play with and all basic needs are provided. The yard wraps all the way around so even though the backyard looks small our dog and kids had plenty of space to run around. Great walkable neighborhood, we walked with our toddlers to coffee in the morning and to dinner at a truly amazing Italian restaurant, Battalion. The area had so many coffee shops and bars we couldn’t visit them all during our stay.

A very nice place to stay for a night, as we did. Very clean! Easy instructions for everything we needed. The location was fairly close to the main place I was for most of the trip. Overall a very worthwhile place to stay.

Close to the Alamodome, Alamo, and Riverwalk. Neighborhood looks rough in spots, but theres so much work going on with renovations and the natural cycles cities go through “reviualizions”. In other words, you’ll see some older properties needing some love, but you’ll also see some nice cool renovated ones like this one in a safe area. Good fenced in area for the pups to snoot around and run a little, shower gives a great relaxing steam, and we walked about a mile to the riverwalk (c’mon, 2 miles total?, you’ll need it after some margs) or even less to the Alamodome ( how did houston not win it all after the Duke game magic?!?!) We’d stay again Thus

Great place to stay! Came with my family, I have 3 young boys and they stayed entertained. They had an amazing time there from the pool to the game room. Everything was well thought, you could tell Richard kept guests in mind. The pool had extra floaties, goggles pool noodles to use etc. The rooms were huge and I loved how there were multiple beds in each room. Richard was responsive, polite and professional. House was clean and looked just like the pictures. Highly recommend!

30 minutes out of San Antonio, quiet neighborhood!

This place was very convenient for our stay there’s many things to do around this location. The place was clean and looked just like the photos. I have no complaints about this place it was very spacious for my family of 5. We would stay here again and would definitely recommend staying here!

My father and I stayed here for the Final Four and it worked really well for us. Katalin was very proactive with instructions for checkin and quickly responded. The condo was nice and clean and it was nice that the complex was gated because I guess the area around is the best area in San Antonio, but as two guys we never felt unsafe or worried in the area. Would definitely recommend this for young couples looking for a nicely priced place to stay just 15 mins outside of downtown San Antonio.
