Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Downtown, Long Beach

Clean and comfortable, just the right size for a couple and a dog. Close enough to the beach, we walked every day no problem but quick drive if that's your speed. Nice quiet neighborhood as well.

Loved this beautiful place- it was perfect as a home base for our multigenerational family trip. We felt right at home and the location was wonderful. We would definitely recommend to others/stay again.

We had a great stay at Farbod's Echo Park house. The home served as a great home basis and oasis during a busy weekend. We appreciated the able parking in the drive way, well-furnished and large rooms, comfortable outdoor space, massive kitchen, and walkable neighborhood that had coffee and restaurants steps away.

Laura’s place was amazing for our week long stay! Close to so much (including Trader Joe’s)!! The place had literally everything we could think of! It was so well stocked and clean. We loved the backyard area too! Would highly recommend!

This place was convenient to all the spots we wanted to visit. It felt secure with underground parking and nighttime security at the front entrance. The apartment was clean and had all the essentials. It faces a shared garden area where tenants pass by or hang out, so people can see in if the blinds are up—we kept them down and had no issues. I'd definitely stay here again when visiting LA.

Sean was a great host and always answered any queries we had quickly. Checking in was easy and the place was exactly as described. We had a great stay and if we ever visit Santa Monica again from the UK we will definitely look into this place!

Cozy and comfortable place. Matched the photos. I had to adjust my arrival date and Maxime took a little longer to respond once. Every interaction was very quick and helpful. The instructions, videos and photos were spot on so follow them precisely. The apartment was very clean and airy. I love to cook and was very happy with the utensils and cooking pans. There was even seasoning available to use. There was a Whole Foods a 10 mins walk away. The neighborhood is on the rebound and I didn’t feel unsafe. You can drive or walk around. I would definitely stay again.

I had an amazing stay at this property! The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk to the beach, shops, and a great selection of restaurants. The space itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. Everything felt fresh and inviting from the moment I arrived. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made it so easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep after a day of exploring. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our stay at Hilary’s property was fantastic! The check in was easy and clear instructions were provided. We did not need the parking pass that was provided, but it was great know that it was available if we needed it. The property was exactly as described and was a great value for the location and distance to the beach. Everything we needed was within a 5 minute walk. This is a place we would recommend to anyone looking for a beach getaway and we would definitely stay here again!

We had such a wonderful stay in downtown LA. The apartment was spacious with high ceilings, and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook breakfast each morning. It was clean, beautifully designed, and felt so cozy, especially with the antique lamp casting a warm glow at night. I loved how the city lights reflected into the living room and made the evenings feel magical. The rooftop pool and hot tub had amazing views, and we met some great people there. The building felt very safe with on-site security, which we really appreciated. Ali was a fantastic host. He was super responsive and full of great recommendations. My husband, his cousin, and I all loved it and would definitely stay again.

The apartment is located right in the middle of DTLA, with most major sights within a 20-minute walk. While parts of Broadway and some sections east of it are a bit sketchy, the building itself checks the identity of everyone entering and feels very safe. Parking is in a garage across the street, which also feels safe. The apartment is spacious, with tall ceilings and lots of light. The bedroom isn't fully separate (only a half wall) so it gets light and noise from the main area in the mornings (eye mask and earplugs will be good for the person who sleeps later). The kitchen area is modern, with good counter space and appliances. Giselle and Ali were excellent hosts, very responsive and helpful. They provided lots of local tips and quickly addressed any questions or minor issues.

This was my second stay in one of their units. Clean, well equipped, and has character! I enjoyed the Hollywood glam theme of this apartment. Terrific location for visiting my daughter at college and for enjoying the fantastic restaurants in the Arts District. Thanks again!

We had to evacuate our home in LA due to the wildfires. Michelle was quick to answer and very kind. Check in was so easy! We felt comfortable and safe.

This was an amazing place to stay. So close to the beach, restaurants, stores, and was easy to get in and out of the area. Sam is a great host and worked well with us if anything came up. I would highly recommend staying here.

Wendy’s unit was great. 2 minute walk to the beach and about a 20 min walk to the NewPort Pier. Great spot for sure!

Shant was a great host, answered messages instantly! His place was perfect for our stay in LA, very spacious and clean and really well appointed! It was great to have a parking space as we had our car and had to drive a lot while we were there. Only hiccup was the parking garage key but we worked around it. Couple things to note, the parking garage is in a different building across the street. And the bedroom is not completely sealed from the rest of the apartment. It was no issue for us but others may want to note.
