Vacation rentals with breakfast in Downtown, Little Rock

Great place to stay and the host was excellent and communicated very well! Highly recommended! My girlfriend loved the towels and the cold pitcher of filter water in the fridge as well as the bed linens. The complimentary breakfast was the icing on the cake!! Loved our stay!

We absolutely loved staying here. The space was adorable and felt so homey and comfortable. I loved the little touches of decor everywhere, the home had the distinct feel of a personal touch, and that made it very special. The bed was very comfortable too. The fenced yard was perfect for dogs. I couldn't tell from the pictures what type of fence is around the yard, but it is a wood, 6 foot privacy fence all the way around the back. there's a very short, decorative fence in a small part of the backyard as well, but it's not the perimeter fence. The perimeter is enclosed with 6ft fence.

I have lived in Little Rock but now live about 90 min away. I had a friend visiting Arkansas for the first time and in showing her around I wanted to stay right in town instead of spending so much of the trip driving. Finding Stacie’s place was a 100% win! It’s on a beautiful street full of lovely Victorian homes and mature trees. The home is decorated so nicely and is spotless. The furniture, from the beds to the couches and chairs in the living room were very comfortable. A full kitchen with a gas stove (love!), a jetted tub complete with fabulous robes to put on after AND a private large backyard to sit for coffee, wine, reading, and listening to birds made this air bnb unbeatable. I would recommend Stacie’s place (we stayed at the Barkley cottage) with much enthusiasm! I will be back anytime I need to stay over in LR for work or pleasure.

This is the perfect place for me in LR. It is easy to get to and close to what I do there. It is easily accessed from main roads, yet quiet and private. There is also a great cafe next door. This is my second time to stay in this house. There are a couple of units to choose from.

The hosts and the home were great! Hosts were very responsive and personable. Everything in the home was labeled and clear. Home was close to a lot and made it easy to get to some of the main places in Little Rock. Would definitely stay here again if we make it this way again. Thank you!

Good spot. Plenty of space, chill location. Definitely great if you have a bunch of people as well with 3 beds and 2 bathrooms.

What a wonderful stay! The place and its surroundings are absolutely gorgious. Sitting on the porch, looking at the lake while the hummingbirds are keeping an eye on you is truly an experience. Cindee made a wonderful breakfast for me every morning and next to that they took care of me in every possible way. If I visit this area again, I will make sure I can stay with Cindee and William again.

Great location to unplug, relax, enjoy the quiet surrounds, the beautiful lake views, and be hosted by a truly lovely couple. The location has a lovely country/remote feel, but is only about 45 mins from Little Rock. The room is a great size for a couple of people (we had two small dogs as well), very well presented and comfortable for chilling out, and the balcony has 180 degree views of the lake. The breakfasts were delicious and plentiful every day, with great company and good, friendly chats. We really enjoyed a week away from the hustle and bustle of life and relaxing at this lovely spot!

Absolutely stunning cottage! Had a little check in hiccup, but the host was extremely helpful and very kind. The space itself was beautiful and exactly what me and my pup needed after a long day on the road! I adored the attention to detail from the balcony space, to the sweet treats in the fridge! Would 100% recommend to anyone in the Little Rock area and would absolutely stay here again!

This is a very pet-friendly home, with fenced backyard, doggie door, dog bowls, and nearby walking trails. It was perfect for our senior dog. Krishna is very responsive and friendly. We have family in the area and will stay there again when we come back.
